Wood maintenance division is really horrible. One side they are very exorbitant in maintenance rates and they care a hoot to attend to the calls even after the cheque copy is sent to them.
Our beam saw is giving problems from the time we bought it and I don't understand how these manufacturers of machine give the dealership to such substandard company. We are still waiting for the technician to come as we are loaded with work and the manager does not have the courtesy to take our calls. Really horrible experience with Simco.

Very bad customer service. I do not recommend doing business with this company. It's been a month for me. I tell them the machine has to be serviced and they don't come to do it. Failed service

Large stock of machinery for metal works and wood work. Excellent after sales service and very helpful staff. Good supply and stock of spare parts. Large selection on Polyurethane ducting hoses made in Germany for woodworking machines.
