Doctor is are good but reception list.worst service.if you want see GP doctor you need Wait 2 hrs.if you want see specialist wait 3hrs.you need improve Wait list not more then 1 hr.how they patient wait 2 hrs or 3hrs

I just came out from there clinic
Emergency visit with kid 2 month old keep waiting 1hour and more and no any respond from them bad improvement and mismanaging

5 star to Dr Soban. I am very particular about choosing a dentist and I travel around 100kms to reach his clinic because I trust his skill & knowledge. He is very kind and supportive.

Here you can find the Best physician in the region - Dr. Siyad he is expert in management of all complicated illness especially Diabetics and Cardiology.

Dr. Soban is an exceptionally skilled dentist who truly cares about his patients' oral health. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. His expertise and attention to detail are impressive.

Myself and wife did several treatments here, root canal, removal, crowning.recommended

Need to improve front office staff attitude should have to learn talking manners with patient

It was an impeccable experience during the dental procedure with Dr Soban. Have been in UAE for last 12 years and always had this dental fobia of patients being handled rough by the practitioners on that hot seat:). Cant thank him enough for having this thrown out of my mind. Now i know where to visit for myself and take my family too when there is a dental issue. The experience was remarkable which included a lot about dental care education based on modern techniques.

We had a very pleasant with Dr SOBAN ASHRAF. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. SOBAN ASHRAF was very patient with me and spend a lot of time trying to calm down, Dr. SOBAN ASHRAF is very professional, He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice, Its not easy to find a good dentist, I highly recommend any one have teeth problem so please meet with Dr. SOBAN ASHRAF

Good treatment and all the staffs are very helpful for the entire process. Specially the front office works very well.

I visited two times for Dr Siyad
Dr is good but lab service is very very poor,
For the normal blood test they need 3 to 5 days for result and when i call for follow up staff only passing the ball.
If anyone have emergency my suggestion don't visit this clinic
My also last visit because i already pay for tests.

Dr. Siyad is good doctor, but the staff at the reception are not handling the patients polite and not treating the patients as patients and seems like that we are coming to hospital for cinema!

I went yesterday Mr Omesh Kumar is very polite and caring with his patients. He deal his patients like friendly Also receptionist is handling there customers a nice way.

Good facility but nobody facilitating patients. Dr. Siyad treated well. Nursing staff doesn't guide people like waiting time, process and check-up parameters. There are many labour personnel who are on the murcey of God. Nobody tell them their test report.

If you have time to wait, you can visit to much time they will take at reception it self. But doctor is good

Frequently patients of siyad medical center, queue is long for doctor siyad but doctor treatment is very good and reception one lady is there, she is very humble and helpful. From shankar trading company.

First time visited, registration / reception process is useless. Taking more than 30 mins to start process even after reminding them. All happening in manual

Dr Siyad one of best Malabaari doctor in town.he is an internal specialist, he will not write much medicine only needed and small doses only.
I liked his treatment very much.
Only one thing is useless que in reception. I think there is one lady she don’t much thatzy she tooks more than half hour for registering one new admission

Dr. Siyad is good but the problem is waiting time it's more than an hour waiting in reception, don't understand why most of the time waiting is most time consuming part i, m surprised we don't spend time more than 10 minutes with doctor and number of patients as well not too large for a another patient wait an hour just waiting in reception.
It is understoo if we keep completing steps of vital checks and moving ahead in line but standstill is the biggest question. Also understand that some patients ask more questions and legitimately in some cases need more time but not always.
Some corrective actions must be taken Dr. Siyad today I have decided no another visit I got spend much less time in the hospitals for minor consultations like common cold of kids

Well I am disliking the exaggeration of teeth issue, I went there and it was told as I have tooth sharp edges touching the skin it is worse and need to be removed at 500aed.went to a close contact who is dentist and just grinded it.problem solved.it's been a
a month and no issues at all

5stars for Dr. Siyad knowledge of medicine and service. 3stars for staff. 4stars for the new facilities.
But single star goes to Dr. Siyad's humanity. He used to give medical advice on WhatsApp for my 3 kids like meds name and dosages. But he blocked me and my wife on WhatsApp coz we dont visit his clinic that frequently. This clearly proves that he is not interested in humanity nor Day of Judgment. Proof: He does reply to others who visit his clinic. Other big and more experienced and specialist docs from leading hospital reply on WhatsApp. That's real humanity.

Doctor siyad is very good experienced malayalee doctor (south indian). He understand the situation and keep well with medical ethics. He is very generous amd helping mentality to his patients. Keep keep going good doctor.

Visited Siyad specialist medical clinic for my toothache issue. Dr. Soban treatment is really good, diagnosed the issue and gave minimal medicines to reduce it.
Happy with the treatment and will definitely visit him again in future for any dental issue.

Dr SIYAD is Very good. But Staff especially sitting in a reception very bad. They don't want to support patient.
