Dear all peoples,
Highly recommended don’t send parcel this ST CARGO too much bad experience i send parcel 3 months before still not received they are lying peoples one of the worst parcel service in gulf country
Then told me they will send me my parcel in air cargo but after pay the money every thing they was send in sea cargo
I was send my parcel February 1
Today May 20 until my family didn’t receive my parcel.

Very Very bad service, 45days done my box not delivered. I called office, he said
2 days 2days its will delivery. But now almost 45 days done. Don't send cargo on this company

It was worst experience with this ST courier and we wanted to vacate from dubai and move to tamilnadu and it was few people came from ST and gave quote and we were okay with this quote and ask them to pack. They came and packed all items nicely and took all items to shj office and they called me and shocked bill of excess of 12000 aed. They never said they will send to india house hold items in price in KG. They calculated items by weight. Myself and my family were had sleep less nights and nightmare.
I try to convince this much excess i cannot pay and outside its very cheap. But argued and shouted at me and threatening me that i cannot take my goods from their store.
I took my friend and discssed again and again and he finally said pay 3000 aed for only packing. I have no choice and paid.
This team is cheating team and owner.
Please dont ever get into traps.
Please clear all doubts with courier.before sending.
I got another cargo and they charged total of 7000 aed for end to end shipping and i got it in 45 days finally.

Worst and rude incharge guy sitting in Sharjah office. They don't know where your materials is and they don't attend your calls.
If you have luck you will get your materials. Never ever prefer ST Cargo, my kind advice based on my recent experience.

This is the worst cargo service, please don’t trust them. I sent through National paints muwaileh branch, they said 25-30 days, it will reach door step. Now 2 months completed still my item not reached. There is one person Mr. Eesha- he will always say - he will check and update. But not even one time he called back.
If there is zero rating - I will give zero only.

No body cares after you pay money.
I think they are sending by ship but collecting air cargo fees. Probably I should take up to UAE govt authorities.

Again am requesting public - not to trust this cargo service.

Worst cargo ever, don’t waste your money and time. Worst ever services in UAE. I suggest not to take any of ST Cargo Services.

Sent food items 2 months ago, still clueless when it will reach.

Stupid people keep lying on every follow up call, just saying wait 1 week, same story every week.

Better to send in sea cargo, I pay for air cargo, but they took more 60 days but not yet delivered, think before sending air cargo in their service,

We have been disappointed with their bad service. They have theft our items from our pack we had sent from Sharjah (Rolla Branch). We have sent 2 cartons together but received one carton and the other carton was received after 2 weeks saying that it is delayed. They have theft 12 items from the pack we received later. All expensive items planned and taken from the pack. We have been cheated. Dropped email officially but there is no single response from them. Request you all to be wise before sending the cargo.

Poorest Company. Never Again. Such a irresponsible and waste of time and money. Better throw your stuffs away than sending through them.

Very very worst service. My parcel did not reach TamilNadu even after 2 months. I sent it from Sharjah.

They say Air cargo, but i think they are using Boat service till india. Very slow, they commit 1 month delivery, but it takes two months, 3 months and so on, god knows when they will delivery.see the screen shot of my parcel, send from sharjah on 16th July, today is 26th Aug. No response from there guys. I have tried contacting every office here as well as India.all they say is tomorrow, 2 days, 3 days after. God knows when?

Very very worst service I booked 2 parcel from Sharjah branch, they delivered one parcel after 2 months and another one after 3 months and the parcel was opened and they have taken many Items, So please don't send from st cargo and they are not taking any responsibility of the parcel
