The individual seemed disinterested, made me wait, and exhibited an arrogant tone during our interaction. Improving customer service and communication skills is crucial for a positive experience. I hope you address this issue promptly.

To be honest, their customer service is very poor and rude. They seem to lack knowledge about their products, and their attitude is quite unpleasant. I don't even understand how they manage to stay in business.
