Manager at this store is extremely rude and unhelpful. Refused to honor return policy written on receipt for an unopened and unused item bought the day before. Didn’t have time to argue with him had to go about my day

It was really nice experience to get the under armour shoes for my husband. He likes it and found them comfortable.i would like yo buy more in future. And the customer service was very nice.

We entered inside the store. Staff said "Hi" to us.me & my brother on a conversation he asked the staff wer is basket ball shoes collected, he insulted us in a way approaching """"hiii" and pointed the area.i just looked at him coz he was angry, we din say hi to him.

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with my experience at your store in Sharjah City Centre. The employees' behavior was extremely unprofessional and not at all helpful. I requested to exchange a t-shirt that I received as a gift for a smaller size, but the staff's response was extremely rude. I was left waiting for half an hour without any communication while I was waiting to break my fast, and when I asked about the status of my order, I was met with disgust and told that the exchange period had expired. I asked for assistance, but they were not helpful in conveying their thoughts to me or helping me. I wanted to exchange the t-shirt and buy other products as well, but they were not willing to help. I will share my experience with everyone and advise my friends to buy from stores with decent customer service, not like your company.

Many customers complained about after sales, i agree and add a rude and impolite store manager. Never going back again. Total trash after service policy and customer satisfaction.

I bought a shoe for my husband. Size wasn't perfect. I came to the store to exchange. They said I need to have a permission from their management to exchange. I was insulted but agreed. I tried to find another shoe in exchange. They have no stock for almost anything. I left. Later they called me, they said that management allowed me to exchange. I said I am done I don't want to exchange anymore because insulted and no stock anyway. They said I am mot allowed to refund). The manager of the store was extremely rude because he kept interrupting while I was trying to explain myself. He didn't try to find a solution and kept saying that I am not allowed to anything in this store without asking the management for permission. I tried contacting customer service. They said we are not allowing you to refund. I said I don't want to meet the same rude person again and asked to find a solution. They said they can't help and I must return back and deal with him because that's the only thing I am allowed to). Dear friends! Go to Adidas store! Nike store! There are many nice places with better service and better stock! Mainly u will be feeling welcome instead of being a prisoner after you've been robbed off of your money.

Even one star is too much, Very bad customer service, careless sales persons, no one take the call on landline, tried to call them through the mall management but they don't even care to call back on my mobile, a complete mess with the supervisor doing nothing to solve any problem.never again in this shop at city centre Sharjah. NEVER

لا تتعاملوا مع هذه الشركة ولا تشتروا منهم اي شيء، سيين جدا وبالذات خدمات ما بعد البيع مثلا مسألة التبديل وخاصة الشراء عبر الانترنت لا يرجعون لكم اي مبلغ ويعتبرها رصيد، يعني سرقة ونصب واحتيال

You go into buy one and ends up buying a couple of shoes or clothes just because you can afford amazing products with affordable prices.

After sale service is disaster. Got a shoe from there and went back to exchange with bigger size as I was not feeling comfortable at home. They rejected as the policy permits only in 3 days
Spoke with store manager not added value. Most of the Gift shops (1-10 markets) gives better value to customers as their policy even better that allows 7-14 days for exchange.
If you buy think twice and try thrice as it will be a last chance for you to rethink

Perfect place to buy 100 % genuine branded products in cheap price. Online shopping experience is not very good sometimes because of unavailability of product but offers are great everytime.

Be careful before you purchase anything, they will never return, i purchased a product and I wanted to return it only after 10 minutes, they refused, the store supervisor said he doesn’t have the permission to return it? So why he’s a store supervisor? I was a loyal customer for them and I’m not anymore

Great customer service. The staff is really helpful. They don’t have a lot of products and equipment in the shop but the overall experience was good

They have a nice variety of items.but I'll always prefer shopping from them during the sale time since the prices are usually high.
During sale, make sure you check the items correctly since there items always marked as not in promotion which is usually the best ones.

From my opinion it's a great store and one of my favourites. You can find sports and fitness clothing of Adidas, Nike, Under Armour and other big brands. Great helpers around. Big area to cover almost everything you desire. Fitness equipment, shoes, tights, balls etc.are available. If you are a fitness freak please check it out.
