I'll do their job and inform you guys that they don’t work from 12: 30 PM until 2: 30 PM on Friday, if you wanna know my experience read the rest and i will post another review to update you with my experience with the car service if they did a good job or not.
I scheduled a service for my car at 10 AM on Friday, but I called back at 11: 36 AM to reschedule it. They told me it's okay, and I can drop my car anytime as they work until 5 PM on Friday. I went there at 1: 56 PM on Friday, and it was closed! I called the lady again; she told me they have a prayer break until 2: 30 PM. Why didn't anyone inform me before when i called? Even the sign doesn't mention that they are not working from 12: 30 PM to 2: 30 PM! I’m currently waiting for them to open.
Note: the person i was following up with regarding scheduling the service isn’t from this branch

I had a wonderful experience with Eng. Fatima, a Service advisor who was not only customer-friendly but also diligent, proactive, and knows her job very well. She advised me of some additional products that completely changed my driving experience in a good way.
Also, I would like to thank Mr. Thaliji for his support and effort o make sure that I am satisfied with the service.
I parked the car at the service center to check some issue. After one day no response from the service center so I had to call them. Then the told to start the inspection there is charge which was not informed earlier. If they are not able to check the car why I parked the car 1 full day?
Neither they respond on phone, nor I am able to book online appointment due to their website server. The funny thing there is latest model of Baleno is showing 2021, though I am driving 2023 model.
Amazing service. Great customer support and best man to ask is Mr. Abrar as he is so helpful and knowledgeable about the parts and will suggest the best price.
Did my second service. Got a dent on my car. After my complaint they said they will look on camera and let me know. I waited for almost 2hrs, I did not get any update. Later they said they will call and update me back. But so far I have not a recieved a call. Service date: 17-12-2022.
This is my second service from Suzuki Service Centre Sharjah. I am very happy with their service. The service advisors Ms Elen, Mr Naser and the service team were helpful and customer friendly. Hats off team Suzuki. I got my car back after the service in no time!
I own a new Suzuki car. I went for the service of my car and found the service quality is very poor. I am surprised to see the carelessness and apathy of the staff towards their work. I also saw a staff arguing with the customer for a genuine query raised by the customer. I had bad experience second time in a row when I took my new Suzuki vehicle for service. I am also surprised about the silence of Japanese company Suzuki on such a lapse of quality. I am hopeful for better quality service in the future. I should mention one good thing about a staff named Mario who was really helpful.
I took my car there for major service and petrol pump issue I met Mr. Wassem he was extremely helpful and explained every single details to and keep us updated with the work progress, thanks Suzuki for this service and special thanks to Mr Waseem and the rest of the staff in the workshop

I’m not expert but can say only one thing, costumer representative’s smart dealing and smiling face can relax costumer’s soul and give him/her peace of mind.
I met a very gentleman called Mohammed Wassim he was very helpful and professional with his informations and explanation thank you for this great service and keep this level up.
I dropped my car [SHJ-65317] at one of your service centers SHJ. Upon receiving the car, I noticed that Oil-Leak-Under-Car. ]. The problem temporary fix by Teflon tape. We need a more permanent solution to our problem. (After service they are is no sticker for record, pic attached)
i m requesting you to replace damaging parts ASAP.
I am very disappointed from what happened and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem. This is not the type of service I would have expected from a reputed company like yours.
بصراحه. اسلوب التعامل مافي احسن منه في كل الاقصام من مكتب سعاده مدير الورش الاستاذ المرقر ايهاب إلى السكرتي. لاكن المشكله فقط تضل في موقع الدخول للورشه والاستراحه لزوار الورشه من المراجعين. فقط ارجو الاهتمام بالصاله. ولكم جزيل الشكر والتقدير.
Excellent customer service and perfect workmanship at this service center. Paint job and the body work done here is admirable. Mr. Rakesh was really helpful and made me feel the car was taken care with great care. Would recommend to anyone. Can't go without mentioning the good job done by Mr. Mario and Yonas.

This is one of the baddest companies to deal with they close to early their parts are so expensive in their labour also expensive the service centre is like an old house I regret the moment that I bought from them a car
I am very disappointed with their service.the service advisor Mr Waseem he don't even know how to behave with the customers.he talk like as if we bought the car for free.really feeling sad about their service.
Workshop staffs are irresponsible. They scrached my ciaz car twice and put same type of color and parked inside the worship. In the shade light I couldn't find it. Once I parked the car under sunlight then only realice the damage. Do not go there.
