The food is amazing and the ambience and their service is up to mark and specially the biryani is so yummy and tasty we had nice lunch there and I'd strongly recommend to try the food in this Taj Calicut restaurant

The service they provide is tooo bad. Two bad incidents. First they took 2hrs to deliver and we called they are like on the way which took loong and lack of communication.
Second incident they delivered the half food and when we enquired they like we already gave as if we fighting for food. Again they enquired and waited for 1more hour for breakfast. Then again we called and asked they are like this that. Food is not available. I dont knw what service they provide. Atleast if they are not delivering call the customer and inform. This is pure atrocity towards the customer. If we give less amount will they provide the food? Too bad.
Atleast give a proper instruction

If you wish to get the deliver in 2 hours time you are welcome to order in this restaurant, and once they do the delay they don't even bother to apologise. So that is a total added bonus, cheers to ordering from this restaurant!

The person who answers call doesn't speak English.

The food is horrible even a dog won't eat it.

I was the Regular customer and had a shocking experience while purchasing the special Christmas lunch.
They charged AED 33 for special Lunch and the actual items was very poor in quality and quantity aspects.
If any other restaurants in normal seasons it will cost maximum Aed 15. They were simply cheating customer and looting there money.
And i took the decision not buy any items from this restaurant for the future and I will not suggest anybody to order in this restaurant.

Restaurant management should consider the customer values.

The worst sadhya ever had in my life.
Comedi is that this one costs 33 aed, the highest in the town compare to others, nd more items are not even included in the sadhya kit as per the brochure. They are simply looting the customers by giving the worst quality foods. I will never suggest this restaurant to anyones those who are living in sharjah.beware of them!

I ordered poori and egg curry, size of poori is like a coin size, please make the normal size of poori, curry also not thick gravy.

Tried kerala Porotta and Beef coconut fry. Must try this item in this restaurant. Large dining area in two floors. Separate family area in the first floor

Very bad experience with order. Beef was so bad with more masala. They were not ready to accept the mistake.

Very nice place. Delicious food, especially Beef dry fry (BDF). Spacious, family room available on upstairs.

Never order chicken kizhi curry, worst taste I've ever had in my life.

Not at all worth for the money. I ordered a schezwan chk noodles, It charged 15 AED and the quantity is very less as you can see in the picture. Just looting customers, instead of giving good quality of food. Taste is flop, very much disappointed. Guys be careful whoever visit this place. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Chatty choor was not worth for money and the taste was average.

Utter waste and really bad food. Food is always divine but they are serving too bad food. Really disappointed. Never ever. Don't go to this restaurant.

Dislike the service by people, if you request anything extra like chutney or sambar, they will stare you like they are giving it from their own pocket.
Don't purchase meals at all, Food taste is okay, respecting the consumer is more important.

Quantity of food is very less and rate is very High specially the fish items

Very bad experience, service is not good Spend 25 AED for very small piece (4 pieces) of fish and they named it as Fish tawa
I will refer you with sunis kitchen and check the Quantity of fish

Calm n Quite atmosphere for a kind of relaxed dining along with family or for any private meetings. Felt a bit expensive as compared to other well known Restaurants in Sharjah. Fresh and tasty food are served. So it's been served bit late Obviously.

If you have more than enough time to spend you can use this restaurant!

Taste and food is great but they should improve their service. No one is there for taking orders or provide service. Very poor serving and service we should go and call them from pantry each time or re order. While I'm going out i said person who where in charge of billing that "Food is amazing but please try to manage service little more better" he is not at all interested to hear compliment or suggestions also.

Very worst proud kerala food including tea.

Ordered through smiles, Delivery time shown 60 minutes, but order came before that
Kappa Biriyani Beef -Well cooked and Served, Tasty and meat pieces are more compared to the other restaurants.
Kothu Porotta - Taste and quantity is good

Very poor experience. I ordered food at 9: 40pm and I received it on 11 pm. They made a call asking location after 1 hour. I experienced this 3 times already. Will never opt this restaurant if you want to eat food on time.

Nice place to dine in. Vegetarian foods are good taste.

Food is OK. But the person who sit in cashier and order in charge (white shirt guy) is such a rude behavior, he needs training how to handle customer

Poor service from the entire team. Ordered food and waited for 25min even the restaruant is empty. When checked with the order taker he ask me to wait as food is still under preparation and takes atleast 10mins to serve. Cashier cum incharge of the restaurant shows a bad face when i ask about the food. Poor service and never recommend this place

Food is okay and affordable.but behavior of service man (aged guy) too bad his way if talking is very irritating.haaaaaaaa

After the take over of kurkum now all food items are good except tea snacks. Better to dine in there. If you order, it will take years to deliver items.
