Very bad experience tried to give them multiple chances but once order wrong once missing and the last time the food came as cold as it is out of fridge however their prices are higher than the resturant itself around 25% moreover they charge a delivery and service fees and when i raised a complaint they calmly said sir we cant do anything for you we will give you 15 dhs copoun while i lost all my meal. Not recomended at all finally i am happy i deleted my account with them

Customer service spoke to me to resolve the issue and said he would call me 20 minutes later yesterday. So far no one has talked to me. They sent me a voucher worth 10 dirhams. I won't accept that. They will return my money. I do not advise anyone to use it. I will delete the app.

Discount promos are scam! They will say 50% off but it is only up to 30 dirhams! How is that 50%? 50% should be half of my bill? So if i am billed 100 dirhams, i should only pay 50 dirhams! This company should be looked into by the government of dubai.

I had a horrible experience today when I placed my order with KFC Al Qusais through Talabat. I had to wait for 2 hours for my order but it did not arrive. I cancelled the order and I am awaiting refund from Talabat. I hope they will pay my Money.

The worst company ever, am really wondering how they succeeded with such a horrible service for individuals as well as corporate!

I had a terrible experience. I placed an order and waited for over an hour and a half, with visitors waiting for their food. However, to my disappointment, the order was suddenly cancelled. I was left scrambling to find an alternative option to feed my guests. It was an extremely frustrating and embarrassing situation.

To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the customer service for assistance but received no help or resolution. This type of poor customer service is unacceptable.

I highly recommend to close this company.

There have an offer that getting 60 dirhams by referring a friends. But it is cheating. Not getting anything. I referred my friends and I’m not getting anything.

Simply terrible. They ll keep on calling you to confirm your details even you have entered them in their app. Furthermore, many place that where on zomato are not present and finally they advertise places for delivery where they actually don't deliver.

If I could give them zero stars I would. One of the worst customer service companies on the planet. My order wasn't completed despite them charging my card. Took hours to actually speak to someone and held on the phone for 3 hours to try and speak to a manager. They basically charged my card didn't send the food and ultimately said it would take 5-7 business days to refund. What a joke! If you have any sense use one of the other delivery companies don't ever use Talabat.

The worst Customer Support, I had an item missing from my order. No one helped to refund the money, they will just send standard reply. They don’t read their own Terms and Conditions. Very disappointing experience.

One and half hour to deliver an order and not yet delivered.no phone number to inquire.what kind of service is this?

So do the drivers learn some rules of parking before they drive or park? How should we get into our car? ! Think BEFORE you decide to park!

Worse customer service I have every seen in my life I waited over 3 hours for an order and their excuse was there was an app issue.the customer service aganet Awais Q refused to call the restaurant or telling me how far it is and when I will receive when i asked to talk to a supervisor they refused to give supervisor name or any contact number

Worst service, they exchange the items i have ordered if it’s unavailable without asking me and they let the driver pay the difference and the ask me to pay the difference, cannot use my vouchers as i wish, really regret shopping there for grocery the worst, i would totally recommend now now instead of talabat
