Normally I do not write a review but few days ago I bought a lock from the store and I was not able to install it at my place so I contacted them to help with it and they helped me to install it on video call. Really helpful staff.

Please don, t deal with this company, they are cheating customers by giving faulty items and when the customer return for a complain, they are very rude with customers and at the end putting all the blame on customers, even for a 25 dirham lock, they make a big drama, first at the time of selling they promise for one year warranty and after three weeks when i return the lock as it was not working from the day first they put all blame on me and deny to replace the faulty lock. The staff is completely un professional and the product they are selling have very bad quality. I personally advise to not deal with company at all. Thanks
