I have worked as a heavy truck driver in Tameem company (2016 to 2018). Its office staff and drivers, helpers are very friendly and I got a lot of good driving and working experience from Tameem company.

Where do I even start.
No professionalism, no ethics, no hierarchy, no policies, not following basic labor law, no humanity, no management. Absolutely pathetic.

They have a masjid with imam 4 stars for that, 1 star less for making delay in loading.

I've never seen a customer service like this! Absolute nonsense. An african man who sits there during lunch and i happen to come to the office for a meeting and i request him to call xxx and after 40 mins he decides to go up and inform him that I'm here to see him! This has happened 2nd time with me and so intolerable. I don't know the kind of service they provide to their customers. I asked him several times he wouldn't respond.
