Delicious dinner tonight. Well, medium spicy is really very spicy by Dutch standards, so I would say: order mild. Furthermore, great Thai hospitality, attentive service, atmospheric music (it makes you completely ZEN) and free parking too. Absolutely recommended!

Came in to taste the excellent food, very delicious. I want everyone to come and eat a lot. Will definitely come back again. Thank you to the chef and all the employees who take good care of the customers.like the same family

I like this restaurant, it has amazing romantic view cos close to the beach and the the weather is so stunning in the morning and evening. But the food that time was salty. I love Coconut milk soup with seafood and sushi I recommended should must try.

We had visited the Thai Gate restaurant in Khorfakkan, overlooking the beach for dinner.

There was hustle and bustle, it made me reminisce the atmosphere of Thailand itself. We had ordered a Shrimp Pad Thai, Tom Yum Fried Rice & a Dragon Sushi Roll.

The Shrimp Pad Thai was flavourful, served authentically, with rice noodles. The Tom Yum Fried Rice with Shrimp, was full of zesty flavour, served with medium sized Shrimp and 1 large Tiger Prawn and lastly, the Dragon Sushi Roll was fresh, well wrapped and delicious!

Our servers, Emily (Chanisara) and Ranchida were very polite, welcoming and efficient. Despite the restaurant being so busy, they rendered excellent customer service!

The setting is relaxing, the food will take your taste buds on a trip to Thailand and the service is great!

A must try for all Thai food lovers

Food was okay. We tried Chicken Satay (35 Dhs) which was really good (we asked for spicy) and Dim Sum Chicken (31 Dhs) (didn’t like much)
Staff was very friendly.
Ambience was superb.

We went to Khorfakkan weekly for the whole month of February. We found this authentic Thai restaurant. I loved the food here and the staff as well to the point we want to speak to them few Thai language we knew. HAHA. We had almost all the food that’s in their menu. Lol. I couldn’t tell which one is my favorite as I love them all, but we always have Tom Yum soup, Som Tam, Japanese Crab Salad, sticky rice, Pad Thai, and my friends all time fave COCONUT SMOOTHIE! If you are around Khorfakkan, you must eat here plus you get a very nice sea view!

If you like Thai food, Thai Gate restaurant is great choice. I liked the way how they presented the food. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly. The sushi roll was so good. My favourite dish was the red curry.

Great to have a good Thai eatery in the vicinity of Fujairah.worth the drive to Khorfakkan! We ordered papaya salad, grilled mussels, scallop dumplings, and sushi which were all excellent. So was the red shrimp curry and Pad Thai. Pleasant and cheerful ambience with very good quick service and portions were decent.

بصراحه افضل وانظف مطعم تايلندي جربته في الإمارات. المكان يخبل بروحه يستاهل خمس نجوم. الأكل نفس طعم مطاعم تايلند وعندهم وايد اشياء.

The best Thai restaurant in UAE, the location is so beautiful and everything is clean. The food is so delicious, taste just like the food in Thailand, they have so many food choices too.

Bad restaurants, the staff so rude and doesn't speak polite to the customer, the price are expensive and the quantity not that much. I don't recommend this restaurant It was the worst experience

موقع المطعم جميل مقابل للبحر مباشر عنده جلسات خارجيه وداخليه. الخدمة سريعه. اسعاره مبالغ فيها. الاكل متوسط

Nice experience to sit on the beach and have dinner. Wish the food would have been better though. Ordered 5dishes and only enjoyed 3 of them- the Thai green curry was good (though very spicy and we had chosen the mild option) but the sweet and sour chicken tasted like the chicken was refried a couple of times.

Me and my Thai friend were disappointed with the taste of the food. It didnt at all taste like Thai food. Not spicy at all. Everything was sweet.

Price is way high for such quality food.

Shrimp Fried rice tasted like nothing. Neither spicy, neither salty, neither tasty. Quantity was small also.

Waitress didnt wait near the table to follow up tables.

However their location is great. Interior is very nice. You can also dine outside near the beach.

The food was amazing, you could enjoy the atmosphere at night with anyone.
I would love to go there one more time, the fried rice and the tum yum are to die for.

We ordered chicken satay (on the oily side and not peanut saucy enough), veg spring rolls (not bad, a bit under seasoned), shrimp balls (ok), fried calamari (average), veg fried rice (so bad), fresh coconut juice (lovely)
It could be our choices that weren’t great, giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I was a bit disappointed in the food quality and taste, it’s not authentic Thai, it seemed a bit underwhelming but I understand that not all people can handle Thai spices well.
HOWEVER! The staff are great, friendly and good service.
The venue is great in a great location with good decor.

Food taste is just average and slightly overpriced. Ambience is very good since it is located at the beach front in the new Khorfakkan corniche.

I have been twice to Thai Gate Restaurant, in general the service was ok, the food was not the same in both visits (second time was not good at all). The location is amazing since you can enjoy your meal looking at the beach. Prices were a bit on the higher side.

Nice authentic Thai at beach front. Ambience is nice but cramped and crowded. Price wise it's moderate $$. Service is above average. Can give 3.5 rating

Good food, amazing dynamite shrimps and mixed crispy seafood in red curry. Food is served in less than 5 minutes flat from the order. The only issue.main course was served before appetizers

This restaurant is actually a 10 out of 5.from the interior of the restaurant down to the food and customer service, you’ll have beyond satisfying experience. The interior is combination of native and colorful which will uplift your mood right away. Food serving is fast which is a surprise. And the food? OMG! You’ll not be able to single out a favourite. Their hakao is a must try. Both the chicken and prawn pad thai are superb! Their satay + papaya salad were also very very good! Even the japanese sushi were good.

One of my top 5 restaurants of all time, food, location and service top notch. Even the waiter came to us to apologise for not giving me a reserved table, how kind is that. Loved it

Well.it’s good to try Thai food in the area as not so many options around.

But. I have ordered shrimp spring roll, it was served frozen from inside.wasn’t cooked well.and when I informed the waiter. I took on a tissue for hygienic purposes and let it to feel how frozen it’s, she Said they will replace it, anyway after serving all the main course they served it at last. I have also ordered green curry it wasn’t served, and shrimp Cracker too wasn’t served, the waiter came after like 15 mns to check if it was delivered to our table, I told her no it wasn’t, she was like do you still want it ofc no.

Empty plates was kept on table without removing them. I have finish the food and no one asked me if I want drinks

Wow! Felt like I was in Thailand, in the beach front, clear blue skies, new buildings, beautiful decoration. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was delicious! We ate the chicken green thai curry with sticky rice and thomkha seafood soup. Worth a trip to Khorfakkhan new corniche beach!

Thai fine dining with a lovely view out to sea.only looses 1 star as the A/C is a bit breathless.

Great place for Thai food must try. They have so many options. Must try everything there. The lobster Thermador? Was amazing.

We went there for an early dinner few hours back and we were very hungry and they didn't let us down.

Dishes have good portion.
Great variety in the menu.

They have mostly dilicious Thai dishes some japanese sushi as well as some pasta dishes.

Prices are reasonable and its is recommended.

This is an amazing restaurant with nice decoration that makes you feel happy. The service was good and the team was friendly. They serve Thai and Japanese food sushi. I love the ambiance and the presentation of the food. The food taste is also good and the price is fair. I highly advise if you are visiting khorfakan.
