Very bad experience: I called them for some inquiries and they said send them to WhatsApp, but no reply or appreciate to my messages.

I ordered with them recently, and although my home country post office wouldn't allow them to deliver door to door, they refunded me immediatly for that part and cared for the whole process until I had the goods at my possession.

Their material is really good, they have a very good customer care (through email or whatsapp) and are fast on the delivery of things.
