Thumbay Clinic Abu Shagara

Prices vary between when I call to inquire and when I come to the clinic, there is a delay in response. More than 5 reports were sent, there is no arrangement and no response, the prices change according to the desire of the employees and there is no one present to read the reports.

I went to Abu Shagara to avail of Thumbay's VVIP Premier Package. I read many negative reviews and was a bit apprehensive about going. But I decided to go early to see how it goes.

I arrived at 7am and was the first patient. Kashif was at the reception desk and was very helpful in explaining all the packages. I finally decided on the VVIP Premier package. He directed me to my next step.the nurse.

The nurse, Joban, was quiet, but it was clear she knew exactly what to do. She drew my blood easily and I have a needle phobia. She was gentle and not excessive, which was a relief. She directed me to the EKG room and performed it. She asked the doctor to look at it.

Dr. Anum reviewed my EKG and was awesome! We discussed it and other points. Thumbay is fortunate to have her on their staff.

I left with a smile on my face and assured that the lab reports would arrive in my email at night, and they did.

Thank you! I give them 4 stars because the area outside of the building needs cleaning.

I took my wife in emergency today, she is pregnant and got fainted due to extreme weakness. We met Dr. Dipa Rajiv there who was extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. She mocked at us for not carrying hard copies of all the documents in spite of knowing that we have come in emergency. My wife was already suffering through a lot and meeting this Dr made it worse. She commented on how irresponsible our parents are for not teaching us how to be prepared for pregnancy.
My wife got so upset that she didn't take any treatment from her and returned back as it was more metal stressing for her to be there and get insulted by the doctor.
Such a shame, no matter what situation occurs but im not taking my wife ever again there.

The gynaecologist there is so experience and professional Dr. Dipa. Thanks to her Im fine now. Her treatments are amazing and definitely recommend going there.

It has been good experience with thumbay clinic especially Mr. Syed has been very helpful throughout our visits at Thumbay clinic Ajman, becoz of Mr. Syed I visited Abu Shugara branch as well.
It was our ist visit to Dr. Dipa, must say well experienced, soft spoken and cooperative doctor. Reception staff is also well mannered and helpful. Hats off to the team.

I had a strong issue with staff of thumbsy but Mr syed is nice person. He is manager but very humble n polite. Listen, understand and corporate me.

Gynaecologist doctor from Abu Shaghara clinic is very rude and worst attitude have never ever seen last 16 years in UAE this kind of doctor. When the patient is suffering and wants to connect with doctor mobile number and she is saying don't ever call me on my mobile number if you are suffering much go to hospital or consult any GP doctor and she cuts the call. Why we called on her mobile number she is in some other clinic today due to that reason only we called doctor their reception guy only given her number. Even though the patient is under follow up.

From the reception to pharmacy it was a great experience visiting thumbay clinic. All process of insurance approvals were smooth.

Special Thanks to Dr. Anum Iqbal, they way she explained my wife about her issue helped us a lot, I really appreciated.

Posting for Dr. Deepa. Really good doctor. Best thing about her is she gives every patient enough time, listens to then calmly and patiently and doesn't rush through them. Her advices and treatments have helped me massively! She's experienced and it shows. Very happy to be with her.

I have very bad experience with Dr.anum iqbal. I really don't like how she talking with me. Yesterday I go there for checkup and I really don't like how she talk with me it's so disappointed.she is very rude I will never visit there again.

Very disappointed and poor time management, visited today your Abu SHAGARA clinic.delaying without any reason and spending more than 3 hours just for a normal GP appointment, I would request to the HR and operation team to look into that matter and putt proper tracking system to know when a patient Checked In and Check out from the clinic to track the time efficiency, it’s not a reasonable practice to hold the patients for 3 to 4 hrs just for a GP Check up.
Hope you will find a better solution.

Very poor services on this branch specially recipient and appointment on call is very mismanagement at 1 day they gives appointment same time for more then 3 people.

Very good staff at information desk & excellent doctors are available in Thumbay clinic Abushaghara, all doctors are well experienced & humble doctors.
We visit Dr Brijesh (pediatric) he is very humble & kind.
I want to give 5starts, but I cut one start due to clinic parking is not available for patients which is big problem for all patients & their attendants, because you will park your car faraway from clinic. Which is big headache for patient & their attendants.

It's a verygood clinic, Dr Brijesh is really good, for my baby he found an issue and given proper guidance to daiganose it. Alhamdhullillah now everything is fine and the doctors were keep calling and checking the status and giving instructions.

I had a worst experience and i feel discrimated.i rush there almost 9pm i thought it is still good since the timing u posted in the website ur closing 11pm when i approach the guy on reception he said the doctor is not around/going already i even told him that the timing is 11pm said yes but there is no doctor so its okay mayve i was that late and let him check if my insurance is valid on the particular clinic he said it is so i decided to take a seat before leaving bcoz i feel soo dizzy and im shiverinģ. So while im sitting there is an indian guy said he came in and ask for check i heard the receptionist that close then the guy get mad bcoz he came from business bay dubai and after saying hindi langauage both of them look at me and he as the mans phone number then the man goes on the check up.im shock so i ask him what was that all about he said that guy called the doctor for check up.i mean come on.really as in really.so inshort there is still a.doctor inside so why he/she not accepting. And then there is a hero nurse where she dont know what we are talking about she just jump and bump in.she is talking the guy in there language instead of knowing the situation. What a friendly nurse she is.to stare at me form head to toe. It really sucks.i know u will not do anything avput it niether will tell ur staff and it qill turned up i will be the liar one whos is making drama but god knows what happen.

The nurses and doctors are really inexperienced. The nurse doesn't even know how to inject a needle and pierced my daughter 3 times and still failed. Will report to the concerned authority.very bad experience.

During consulting with doctor minimum 3 patients will open the door and check inside (because they don't know what is their token number and which number is which number is with doctor now). House keeping staff handling the proscriptions and insurance claim forms in between the cleaning job.

This Abu Shagara Thumbay branch disappointed me greatly. I was chasing a blood report for more than a day and made about 35 calls to customer service since no one was willing to help us. Learn how the Aster Clinic is responding to patient care.

* No pharmacy service!
* Aggressive reception lady! She doesn’t know how to respond to a customer!
* Blood report late!

* Even if there are no clients at the branch, they are very busy!

Kind request for all please stop using this branch.

No sufficient staffs to take care of patients. I saw so many patients passing anger to the staffs. Try to improve the services.

The lady at the reception feels the power of the world is around her. I went for just a blood test with fasting at 9am and she says there are many PCR testing waiting, so I will have to wait. Wondering if the nose was fasting as well! Went to Aster and got my blood test done then.

Went there for PCR test in the morning time only one receptionist there so you’re lucky if no one will be there then your turn will come to proceed, opposite clinic there is sand (kacha) free parking as well but you will get free parking in morning time only & i got my result within few hours.

It a nice clinic. They give u many health packages. Also a pcr test is 100 DHS and will get the result within 6 - 9 hrs.

I walk into the clinic and see a long line waiting outside the blood collection and vital checking room.
No nurse was on duty.
I went there for an iv injection. First the nurse spoiled my iron ampoule. Then continously kept on asking me my nationality. After giving me the iv she jerked the needle out with caused blood to pool under the skin. Thumbay has a big name didn't expect this from them.

Very neat place. Receptionist is very soft spoken lady, she answered all my questions with a smile. Their service is also very quick. I recommend this place.

I needed to get a blood test done at home and haven't had a good experience with my earlier find. But here I was super happy, even though they were a little expensive in comparison.
I got everything confirmed on Watsapp. Mr. Syed was approachable, available, quick and best bit was he was on time. The nurse too was professional, right from her duty to her bedside manners. My Dad, the patient was finally happy. Even the reports came through on time. So happy to have found them.

Very bad in assisting the patients and the missleading informations.and providing faulse informations about insurance.and lazy peoples working over there.very bad in service.anything if we ask them NO is the only answer they have.

I am a resident of Abu Shagara for past few years and has always felt the need of a good clinic in the locality. We recently visited Thumbay Clinic as my kids were not well. We had consulted the General Practitioner, Dr. Tazeen Burhan and we were highly satisfied with the clinical care given by Dr. Tazeen and her team.

I just wanted to know DR. Neha what time to what time she will sited.for my wife.thats y I m calling the clinic between 7: 10 am to 8: 35 am more then 10 times but no response. There time is 7: 00am to 11: 00 pm

I have consulted dr neha Panday, she is the Best dr I have ever consulted, friendly, caring and understands her patients in every way, may God bless her, I must say she's like family to her patients, clinic and nurses specially nurse ramiya is well trained, have consulted dr naseem and dr tazeen too, both are too good.
