I would not prefer giving 1 star as well as per the treatment was done. I had damage left toe and it was bleeding. I went to receptionist and showed the leg after approval I was send you vital room, I though they will quickly stop my bleeding, cleaning and band aid me. But instead they send to me to GP to consult.
The GP has not even seen it and she sending me to Specialist Surgeon. Here they are not addressing me quickly instead just send me from here and there.i would like to know from management this how you address a people who have came hurting and they are bleeding. This is how you react to this kind of patients? Third class service. This is my first and last visit to this clinic.

In fact, and for many years I have been visiting this centre, thanks to the Dr banikantha Das Sarkar. In fact, he is a very wonderful doctor and has excellent experience. In all cases, my family and I go to him. In short, he is a doctor who thinks outside the box! His methods of treatment are smart and concise. He does not give a lot of medicine because he knows that no one sticks to large quantities, only the task. He is a good listener to the patient, and he has ingenuity in dealing and focuses on the smallest details about the case that visits him. He is a wonderful specialist and has distinguished and international experience in the field of internal medicine in In most diseases, I trust him with complete confidence. Truth be told, I recommend him to everyone who wants an excellent result and an urgent and quick recovery. One of the wrost service I seen unprofessional nursing staff hiding the staff id and behave like an animals. Morethan1 hour waiting in the Que if you ask about anything they avoid and pass by without answer they doesn't care about the patients situation there is no option or minus will mark accordingly. Its a paderiatic section.

Since there is no option of giving less than 0 stars, I've given 1. It used to be a good place earlier with some good doctors. But specially on Dental department, please do not visit. Very rude doctors and poor customer service. Had a bad experience from Dr. Shaju Phillip (Specialist Prosthodontics) which was highlighted through a feedback from Hospital website. Did receive a follow up from Management (appreciated) but disappointingly the doctor called back and apologized, and later insulted saying he cannot treat anymore, (whereas I had already decided not to visit anymore).

I'm done with Thumbay, and would never recommend for anyone.

The staff are the best, the clinic is the most hygienic l have seen with the most up to date equipment.

Dr sarthy velayutham, specialist orthopedic surgeon is good doctor. Highly recommended to consult for orthopedic issue.

Polite, very good professional attitude, calmly explaining the reason for back pain and knee pain issues. Teaching exercises to reduce pain management. I visited on 11.04.2022 for back pain and knee pain

Worst experience here. They just seem to lack a proper system. I used to visit NMC Royal Hospital, but had to go to Thumbay since I couldn't drive to NMC on a particular day. I ended up not getting medicine with silly excuses that Insurance Provider site is not working.

Update: I sent email as requested with all details. Today I visited NMC. All test got approved, all medicines given, all in around 40 mins where as yesterday at Thumbay all tests were not allowed, all medicines not allowed. So, it's NOT an issue with insurance provider as I was lied by staff at Thumbay.

Have a wonderful experience with the very good behavior and positive attitude approach of receptionist (Mr. Shakib and team).

Used to have very good response. But service got worst. No one bothers to answer calls. This hospital has turned into a joke.

I never understand the that why there are charges for Registering a Patient. Since he’s already giving you the business so just to register the name why Do they charge 30 Dhs. So unfair.

I came here tday fr toothache. Ive never met such an unprofessional organisation. Very disappointed. Do not visit. Not helpful at all! Talking in their own language. Very rude and not interested in the patients.don't waste your money coming here.

One of the worst medical center in UAE may be. Even if it is 100 visitors waiting in the reception only one attender available for all. Very slow processing.
I don't blame doctors who treats well.

Worst means very worst.thy don't care about the human value.seen some kids came for fever and no one is bother to send them quick basis. There is no admin staff in the reception.housekeeping person is issuing the tokens. There is no proper guidance.

Worst experience. We requested the staff multiple times that we have a 10 days old baby at home so if they can make the process little faster for us but instead of making it faster they even skipped our token number and called the patients who have token numbers after us. The staff forgot to take my wife's vitals and when we asked doctor why we haven't being called she rudely said other people have appointments and you didn't take the token.we told her we had the token and was waiting from last one and half hour.she saw my wife after i got furious about mismanagement and told my wife literally "Don't come back" to which my wife replied we are never coming back here.my wife delivered just 10 days before and it was hard for her to sit for 1 and half hour.we still kept waiting patiently for our turn but it was a total disappointment when they even skipped our turn and aligned her after every other patient because of their staff's mistake (this was after us telling them our situation). Forget basic human curtosy Dr Divya was even rude.

Please avoid this clinic, Dr. Shaju he will keep runing here and there during treatment and making 1/2 hr treatment to 4 hrs torturing patient.
Managment of Thumbay should monitor such things, Are doctors allowed to do other work during ongoing treatment?

Had book for last slot for Dr. Ajith.they called me early and said "Dr.have another patient before me and it will take time! You will have to reschedule ". So what treat me after that patient! So disappointed

Hospital is one of good one in Sharjah. Specially they have very good and professional team of Doctors. I would like to mention name of my favourite Doctor Dr. Ashok. I always good advise and treatment from him. He is now our family Doctor. Thanks Doctor Sb.

Very Bad experienced. For 1 Lab Report, 24 hours I was calling and no one is lifting my call. Operator will answer and he will connect me, the line will ring but nothing to avail, I sent email but no reply. They're not friendly. Worse experienced ever. Sad but you cannot post review without checking even one star. Hope they will improve the service.

Unprofessional - NO etiquette while talking to the patient. Whoever is the staff name GINA there, I am also a patient so don't tell me that you have patient there and you are busy as I was calling since yesterday and desperate to get my Lab Report only, I'm not calling to Chit Chat with you I don't even want to talk to you the call was transferred to you so be polite and not RUDE.

Bad experience noticed in the waiting area of first floor (dental) at new block national paint area branch not clean and hygiene as you can see in photos no cleaning at all, which is not acceptable in hospital sectors.
Other than this call Centre staff doesn’t attend call usually.

Doctor was one of the best i seen in UAE but kerala nurses team in first floor was one of the worst ignorant and arrogant. One of the nurse responded as she put my prescription in dust bin. They made me walk 5 times from hospitals to medical store without giving proper papers for the pharmacy claim. I was suffering from respiratory problem for 2 weeks and suffered alot there.

So anyone having such issues do not ignore it, complain to their administration and ministry of health. There are alot of nurses are waiting outside for jobs and so we donot need such pathetic ladies.

I have very bad experience from this hospital especially from insurance department. I went this hospital for my son vaccination, I have a insurance from Aafiya network, and this hospital charged me 30% copay as there is no copay for vaccination as per insurance.and I complained them immediately to insurance department they were saying this for medicine they changed 30% actually vaccination is not medicine and informed them.then they said they will come back to me regarding this.they took my number.but till now they didn't and follow up many times.

I have visited doctor Saira Hameed and i found her very qualified. She is the best dermatologist in this hospital.

Turn around time is minimum 2hrs. Its all chaos. Even if yow want to show your lab report in followup again you have to wait in que for 2 hrs. In other hospital you can call and confirm with the doc if you need to visit again after lab test. But here you need to visit personally. Its a frustrating experience.

This facility has all the speciality under one roof which makes it different than others and it their USP as well. All the best and keep doing the good service.

While sample collection I was informed I'll receive a call the following day but more than 48 hours didn't hear anything from them, it shows how serious management is towards their patients health!

We have excellent experience with Thumbay Medical and Dental Speciality, Sharjah. The doctors are very much experienced. Provide good care and perfect treatment. Services are fine.

I have consulted both gyno doctors jyoti pandey and sudha panicker.i could say jyothi is more friendly and experienced doctor. We can share our problms with her very well.and she communicate with the patients in a polite manner.
At the same time sudha is good for nothing doctor.i couldnt convey my problms with her as she is very rude and aggressive towards the patients.she even have a great talent of body shaming.hate that lady.i have also found that suda having very less amount of patients compared to dr.jyoti pandey.and also iam 100%sure that suda coming to the clinic just to make money.

The reason this clinic has 5 stars more than 1 star, because they offer 15% discount on consultation if you give them 5 stars. Ssh

The service was fantastic. Had to pull my wisdom tooth, Dr Heba pulled out the tooth quickly and without any pain.

I had a bad experience last month. I visited the clinic due to fever and took appointment for one general doctor. After his diagnosis he give me prescription and i took blood test. While asking for sick leave certificate he told me that the same can be given only after purchasing the medicine from pharmacy and to be present him to verify. I dnt understand. These people think that we are visiting the clinic just to take sick leave certificate? If i was not sick why he suggested blood test and gave prescriptions for medicine?

Very poor and unprofessional experience. Patient need to go himsef/herself to inform the nurse once the trip is completed.

The experience was so exciting day by day because of the improvements in the service that they offered

First time visit and will not recommend anyone for Gynecology (Dr. Sudha). So unfriendly that we were not free to discuss anything. The most basic facility of scan was not available in the consultation room and there was no nurse to assist the patient.
Had to end up consulting another Clinic which deserves a 5 - Star.

Don't Recommend Anyone for Dental Treatment
Reception staff need more training for how to handle patient,
they don't know hospital policy or procedure, communication worst, treat you like an illiterate, talking worst way of Hindi to professional people.
I had severe tooth pain and visited there for a cure, but useless.they are only concern to increase your bill in any way.reception will suggest me first GP and charged, Next day GP suggest surgeon and again ask me to pay again full consulting charge even second visit is free when i argue they don't have the answer,  poor management. However, the management apologized and offer me for further treatment, but i was totally disappointed  and refuse their treatment even loss which i paid by cash, they can cheat insurance company such way, but not a cash customer
Finally, I went to a small dental clinic nearby this hospital without consultation fees only they charged procedure fee, I'm ok now.
For Sharjah muwaileh residents, this is my lesson learning story from this big hospital but poor service.

If no any option then go for consultation. Procedures are very simple here; 1st day- meet doctor go for X-ray buy Medicine with them only (no prescription to outside pharmacy, if you want to buy from other pharmacy ask them to get prescription and original stamp on insurance paper. Treatment will start another day.

I wish to thank Dr. Shaju. His treatment and the way he is caring the patiant is very much. I could feel a positive energy from him. And the hospital staff also very caring I like this hospital.

Worst service ever. They’re just open but when someone come for emergency they say we are close.
It took them 3 hours to treat to an emergency where a person had finger fractured.

Poor.very bad experience. Nurses in emergency doesn't know how to operate the bed. No separate bed sheet for patients in emergency.i asked for bed sheet to cover my leg and then the nurse gave me one that is used and that one is placed in the chair unfolded. I questioned her regarding this and she told me that this only I will get it here. Pharmacy performance is so poor. Never visit here.

Yesterday I had an appointment with General Surgeon, I went 15 min in advance to hospital hoping that primary steps will be completed before my appointment time, to my surprise after waiting for 2 hours still I was told to wait. I was in pain but still they didn't allow me.very bad experience I will never visit to this dept again.

Pathetic experience in the muweilah clinic. The nurse just wants to finish off the duty. She did not even check the body temperature. When we called to complaint later they told us the temperature was checked earlier using digital thermometer and it was normal. But when we checked on a thermometer patient had high fever. Avoid the muweilah clinic. Other thumbay clinics are good. Also nurse station told me they don't mind if I complaint also. Unless management audit and gets involved in the situation because they are lot of things hidden

A fine, decent clinic in locality for day to day health issues.
I hv visited a no.of doctors here & hv personally liked Dr. Jyoti (Gynae dept) & Dr. Hilda (Radiology dept) way of dealing with patients. The best thing about them is that they listen. They let u ask & discuss as many questions as u have, unlike many doctors, which is very imp for me.
As for the overall management, what lacks is the long stretch of waiting time before getting ur turn, whether u walk-in or go with a booked appointment, which needs to be resolved.

Dr. Shaju (the dentist). Very unprofessional. Will register my comments soon at head office. My HosptalNo-12729 and VisitID-545239. I visited him twice and waiting for call to fix my tooth since 3rd March 2019 (he promised that he would call me as his x-ray machine is not functioning well. Already 6 days passed). Insurance approval for x-ray is in place.

Waiting time is very high even if you have an appointment. Very bad service. Although the Doctors are well experienced and very kind also. Three stars for doctors only.

Was refused an appointment as I had a soft copy of my insurance card.unacceptable! It's being accepted at other reputed hospitals.
Your systems need to be updated to accept soft copies as well

If you are a parent of naughty kids, you may relate my situation to yours may be. Unfortunately at least once a month i need to visit this clinic. As per my experience i must say that Pediatric and General Physicians are really knowledgeably competent and provide necessary medical treatment. What i dont like about visiting this place is waiting time which sometimes varies from 1 Hour to 2 hour or more.
The front desk receptionist are very slow and consumes most of the time.
