What a nightmare of a customer service in the Sharjah office. The customer service guy at counter 2, a bearded Syrian, was so rude to me. I was left waiting for a good ten minutes before he showed up. The first thing he did was rate himself in the customer service rating. He then walked to his desk and ignored me! He did not want to answer my questions and was completely dismissive. I asked for a manager and they refused to let me speak to one. The security man did not want to get off social media to help me. Disgusting customer service. Only the receptionist was super nice.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tiger when I was searching for a flat to rent in Sharjah. I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by their team and the apartment rental staff was truly appalling.

To begin with, I was greeted by a disinterested and unhelpful receptionist who seemed to have no knowledge or willingness to assist customers. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills was evident right from the moment I stepped into their office. It was clear that my inquiries and concerns were of little importance to them.

The process of finding a suitable apartment was frustrating and exhausting. The team responsible for renting the apartments appeared to have no knowledge of the properties they were dealing with. They were unable to provide accurate information about the amenities, rental terms, or even basic details about the flats themselves. It felt as though they were simply reading off a script, with no genuine interest in helping me find a suitable place to live.

Furthermore, their communication skills were severely lacking. Phone calls and emails were rarely returned, and when they were, the responses were delayed and often incomplete. It was incredibly frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly, only to receive vague and unsatisfactory answers. This lack of professionalism made me question their commitment to their customers and their overall competence as a real estate company.

As if the poor customer service wasn't enough, the condition of the flats I viewed was subpar. Many of them were poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect. The promises made about repairs and renovations were never fulfilled, leaving me with the impression that they had no regard for the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants.

In conclusion, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Their customer service team was unhelpful and disinterested, the communication was abysmal, and the quality of the flats was far from satisfactory. I would strongly advise anyone looking to rent a flat in Sharjah to steer clear of this unprofessional and unreliable company.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others and encourages this company to improve their services and treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

You can see that they have a very low rate on maps, but they don't care. If you want to be in the worst customer service experience, deal with them.

Do not rent an apartment at a Tiger managed tower/building. It will NOT be a good experience, you will constantly face problems with all the aspects in your house from bills (logic utilities) to maintenance issues. These people do not care and will not listen to you. Please save yourself from this mess by never renting out one of their properties.

Worst manegment and pathetic service and behaviour from people working here. They will not inform u and charge 500 dhr fine.many times when u go to renew contract they will charge extra sayeing this is pending.when u ask they will say we called u dint rp.people working in this office are like doing favour on tenent and giving free flats to stay. I think head office people should first trained there staff how to behave proffessionally. Will not recommend any family to rent flat in there buildings.

The worst management of all and they doing unethical while we leave. They are working for stealing money from the tenants. It's better to inform to the government such of these worst and farudlent management. Unnecessary charges without any reason. My humble request never rent any of their appartmets. Never trust the Management. Forget about the security deposit. Never get it back. No manners towards customers. Illegal and unethical.

Totally inexperienced and non cooperative reception staff with absolute lack of empathy, seeing the reviews before me clearly show, experience with them has been bitter. It took 3 months to get a tenancy contract from them, we had gone there for early cancellation due to some personal reasons and the experience wasn't pleasing at all, heavy charges and penalty, customer service team couldn't even try to address the concern we shared

Staffs over there at customer service should be properly trained!

If there was a competition to determine worst company in the UAE then this Real Estate company would be in the Hall of Fame of that competition. Absolute worst. They never answer phone, nor do they do any work when you visit the office. They consistely keep lying and giving excuses for not doing the work even though you tell them that you desperately need something. Please don't trust them with your money. Trusting them is like burning your money.

There are customers waiting to talk and discuss about their complaints and concerns which cannot be handled by the agents but the lazy manager sitting in his empty cabin doesn’t want to address it. We've been sending messages to them about update on the flat we took we went there to pay full amount and the same day we do the signing until now we did not even get any update from their side we keep sending fallow up unfortunately no one is responding they saw our message but they did not bother to reply until yesterday June 22 someone answer our call and today only we find out that we still need to give some documents for them to process our contract. Guys the reason we choice you is that we came and saw the building we expect good things from your side atlist update your client for us to know what also needs to be done not like this we are the one who's asking for update

Worst services ever.every department is a miss simply customers waste of time experience.procedures that takes 1 to 3 days anywhere else takes them 15 days.took them 2.5 months to finalize a normal contract cancellation a case with no issues! Buildings are cartoons.services are a miss stayed for 3 months and nothing got fixed.tge dirtiest Buildings ever. Tiger is cheap.but take care as its a waste of every thing the few thousands difference between them and other properties you will definitely spend on their bad quality flats and services.

I have been staying in tiger 4 for almost 3 years. I approached their office on 14th June to help me with cancelling my cheque due on 30 June and replace it with a new one for 25th July as I have other urgent commitments. They simply rejected my request stating we can only accomodate for 9 days only and we cant even put your request forward as it will be rejected by accounts team. No empathy and no consideration.honestly I was too disappointed. I'm a long tenor tenant with no delequency or late payment still this didnt make any difference for them knowing that I cleared 3 cheques so far out of 6 and even the last 2 cheques will be cleared 2 months before the contract expiry.
This time I will not renew.also new tenants are getting cheaper price than existing ones which was shocking for me. With all this I will exit post paying my last payment and I wont renew.

- steam money from my security deposit by simply saying its our policy.
- even to serve non renewal notice take more then 5 visit to be done.

Coming from 3 days only to give non renewal notice but still its not completed.
After that they will give me fine for not notifing them on time about renewal, and once i will give explaination, they will simply say we cant do any thing (same thing happend last year)

If I could give zero star I will but I had to so I can right the review worst management I've ever seen I've been a tenant since 2015 every year the maintenance service become even worst than the previous year specially nowadays corridors are always dirty because of renovation work of empty flat cockroaches are everywhere I have to pay for exterior company to do it but after 3 month we are back to the same issue coz empty flat are so filthy and full of insect not to mention staff attitude when you raise a complain or negative feedback since 1 week lights are out of order in front of my apartment can't even see the face of vistors when they ring the bell and i have to use my phone torch so i can open the door since 2 months was communicated and even filed it in the app this is outrageous not willing to renew next year this is unprofessionalism in the highest level

not they show just 800 DHS


and since 2 months we keep on requesting the release of our deposit money still not

Tiger 1,2, & 3 were once the most recognized and luxurious buildings in Al Taawun but with time, their Maintainance, management, staff (except for some) has gone to slump. Despite all my Maintainance related complains and stinking corridor complains due to the lack of ventilation in Tiger 2 floors, they have showed no action and remained unbothered. My family owns a few apartments in the building and if it wasn’t for the dropped rates due to their hideous management and COVID, we would’ve sold it. Spend your money in a better facility.

Worst company I UAE. They don’t care about their clients. Calling them on 065771111 but someone is picking up the call and disconnecting immediately and sims like they don’t want to talk. And one of the pathetic thing is they are getting 1.5 ratings but no one bothers and try to rectify service. I could give negative rating if I would allow to do so.

I have rented a apartment in 2018 i stayed there for almost 2 years due to pendamic in 2020 I lost my job and sent my family back to my country i already informed to tiger management about my situation and moved from there but they did nothing.they deposit my cheque and it was bounced
and they filed a case against me in sharjah police station I went to tiger asked the management how much I have to pay they said AED 9861, hardly I managed that amount from my friends and finally I paid the money and went to legal department to get the clearance letter they are telling me to pay another AED 5080. I asked them why they are telling me 2500 for cancellation of contract and rest for the return cheques.when I asked about my deposit AED 2000.they said its gone I don't understand its gone where?
why do I have to pay cancellation fee of AED 2500 after completing my contract i have explained everything that I lost my job due to pendamic now I want to go back to my country for emergency and please help me but they don't care about anything
The guy called UWAIS from legal department worst behavior the only word he's saying you have to pay and threatening me like do whatever you want to do I'm the one who decide and not even explaining anything when I'm explaining he's saying don't talk treating me like a criminal.i believe I'm not the only person who complain about this guy

Rudest and the most unpolite customer service. The guy called Mohammed sitting there is the worst behaved man you will see. He will just rule you out and command you things like he is someone powerful.
No use talking to them as they will anyway loot all your security deposits and also take money from you to pay their PRO. The worst i have witnessed in UAE. They will make you beg for your deposit money and if we say anything will tell us to go and complain to anybody and they dont care.
Poorest management, loots your deposit money, have hidden charges, we have to pay their PRO for his work. Overall the poorest & the worst customer care you can find in Dubai/Sharjah.
DO NOT RENT APARTMENTS FROM THESE GUYS PLS! THEY WILL LURE YOU WITH CHEAP RENT BUT ALMOST ALL THEIR BUILDINGS ARE NOT CLEAN/MAINTAINED WELL INSIDE!

You are about to make the BIGGEST mistake if you want to rent from Tiger Real Estate!

I been a tenant since 2016! Never made 1 single delays in payment! Never had any issues. During COVID one of my Cheques bounced (my mistake) been charged 500 AED (that’s okay).

My rent finishes on September 13th I went to sign cancelation on August 14th. And they fined me 2000 AED! (Isn’t it supposed to be within 30 days? Not before 30 days!)

By the time I went to get my clearance, I had to pay them extra!

Same day I was in the hospital, because of my son’s health condition. They didn’t even listen to my financial situation, and the guy told me, “it’s not our problem that your child is sick! ” (What kind of human says that?)

The worst and poorest service by Tiger regarding Maintenance and delays. Always you have maintenance problem and no one care about it and the maintenance staff is very rude specially Plumber Khalil Munu. When They don’t answer when you have maintenance problem even if you call them 100 times specially “Supervisor Ronaldo”… Furthermore, at the end of contract there are so many deductions from their side (with no reason) even you return the flat in clean condition. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My review for the whole management and the building would be as worse as it can get. At first when I rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Al Khan 6 there was a deposit which I had given which however now at the end of my contract when I went to their office in the on going Covid-19 situation, they started to make "NEW RULES" that they will not give any tenant the NOC which is strictly against the government rules and deduct 300 AED for the "SERVICE" which is more likely to be part of the salary of PRO and 3 days of rent deduction from the deposit money. Not only this after alot of discussion with the managemet they have been of ZERO help regardless of being in such difficult times. However, after agreeing with their "NEW RULES" I have still yet to receive my deposit money which was promised after 3 days and now been 2 weeks and numerous office visits with a new excuse every visit. Being born and brought up here this is possibly the worse management I have come across with all departments being worse than the other starting from maintenance team which blamed the building management who never gave them anything to replace if something would break down in the apartment but every year took the money for it. Overall living in the building has been as bad as it can get and coming across such unprofessional people has been been like a cherry on top of the cake.

Very bad service. Once you taken appartment from them, after that the staff will treat you like beggar. The staff has no respect to tenants and not giving any service. Due to covid19 many people loose their job, they are not giving any rent reduction or support. For my case i have a 1bhk appartment with them, and i request them for cancellation before my contract period ending. But they ask me to pay 2 months additional rent after i handover the key. Many builders in sharjah and dubai giving support to their tenants. Tiger is the one of the leading real estate company in the area. But atleast for cancellation they asking 2 months rent its not good at all. Specially in this covid19 situation.

I m staying in al qadesia tiger building al nahda sharjah its already my contract finish 1 and half month ago.i m coming every two days in the office and everytime telling me come tommorow.today is worst asking me 5 more days and telling go where ever u want to complaint.al qadesia office guys shouting and telling me that they ll make problem for me.this is the tiger behave with there customers.and municipality also giving them this find of authority.and they dont give me any manager no.also to contact worst office ever

Swear the most bad and management and staff real estate in UAE, at the first they will show you (artificial customer care) but time to leave the apartment after give the key they will give clearance after 3 days and they will charge you 3 days Even though they responsibility, then they will deduct from deposit 1-best control 2- painting 3-clean even you give apartment very clean 4- Satellite charge not option its must pay 5- maintenance Knowing they will say free at beginning and et-et-. -. -. - they try to find any dedicated not give back the deposit and when you ask receipt for those deductions they not going to give to not complain them
swear this not only my bad experience i meet too much same my issue at there office (sharjah main office) and i escalate the issue to Consumer Rights to get my right
