Super bad service from staff, supervisor, cleaner, etc.

They use dirty bad smell clothes to clean cars and not even clean the car inside properly.

Highly not recommended to anyone.

Everyone If visiting this station for services please confirm the price before starting. As My experience, on telephone they give price 180 aed for 10k MG360 service once reached at station ask me to pay 235 aed.

The workers are very bad behavior and do not do the work as per the customer especially the oil changing area workers

Repair and maintain your car within the same compound area at your convenient. But close at night.

Bad experience for wheel alignment. Issue not cleared even after 2 visits. Finally redeemped partial amount after arguing with manager.also alignment charges high. Not recommendend

The issue is with the cleaners after the car wash. There was no blower to remove all the water from the car plus there was no air pipes to clear all the water from the car. The cloth used left all marks on my windshield. After I left all water was coming out which left water marks all over the car and had to again wash my car. The car wash guys are excellent.

I brought my Civic 2009 model car here for doing steam wash. I was having Vehicle Passing test for Mulkia renewal the next day. The guy open my bonnet and blow steam right on the engines and belts. My belts were brand new and this unprofessional guy just destroyed it completely. I try to make them understand that they did a mistake, but this guy got back up from his collogues trying to support him and they are trying to make it like it was my mistake to bring old belt. I tried to show they them the invoice for my new belt but they refused to hear from me. Never they treated me like a customer and I bear a huge loss since this guys know nothing about Automobiles. So pathetic

It has a good area, wIting area etc. But it looks like the staff are not looked after properly. They seem unhappy and overworked.
The queue system is not orfanised well. If busy one can see arguememts and fights among tge customers and staff.
The queue system us not managed well at all. The supeevisor gets upset when the customers get upset over the queue. Clearly, the staff are not taken care of properly.

The car wash team lacks experience and not managed with enougg staff, especially at the final station.
The was area staff doesnt spend enough time cleaning the car, they also spray a lot if water inside the car as they clean the door edges etc
In the final cleaning area, there is not enough cleaning towels, not enough staff, even the watrr tap is broken. The car is not dried or cleaned properly. There is always a streak of water after driving a few minutes.

The peoole cleaning the outside of the car aee not organised. So they tend to miss many parts of the car. They are basicslly overwhelmed with too much work, as there are very less of them, esoecially during rush hours.

They have a membership deal going on. This is a good deal.
The place has management issues. It seems like the owner is not aware of the problems or not seeing what needs improvement. This place otherwise has a lot of potential to take in 30%more cars with 15% increase in staff

It was a complete worst handling of my car keys in your service center today where I came for doing my 10k oil service today at 8.30pm.

My car key is broken by your staff.

My invoice number is 63633 dated 17th Feb.

I left the car for the oil change in the service unit and went for paying the bill inside.
Your staff took the car without asking me to the cleaning area and when I went there he was sitting and repairing the broken key. I immediately informed it to the cashier and the staff came back seeking that it was a normal damage and it is cleared.

I got the key, went to the car and when I tried to start the car, I found it was completely broken.

I came back and had to fight with Mr.peter and cashier till 9.44pm to get the staff make the key ready.

It is really disrespectful and very much painful.

Hope you will understand and avoid the handling of cars of customers by the staff hereafter.

For you information, I am driving the car with the same key for the last 9 years and nothing has happened to my keys.

Just getting the car to your workshop had given me a lesson.

Very bad experience glass not cleaned properly, inside not vaccuming, after shampoo wash glass was full of dirt dots, when vehicle ready to take deliveery it's not dried. No air dry after water wash

Em very regular visiting them, n really very satisfied with their service and management. Friendly and understanding clean and neat environment.

Process Oriented-
A. Pay and get token first
B. Cleaning Bay - the guys directly asker for tip of 1AED atleast.

C. Washing Bay - standard and okay.

D. Air Blower drive - I felt it wasn't able to fulfill it's purpose as it's a standalone machine and need to keep moving not knowing if it was impactful.

The water inside the side view mirrors stayed as is which eventually was seen on my side window screen

E. Vaccum Bay - training was going on - on how to clean faster

No dashboard polish
No tyre polish or shampoo

No paper mat and my original mat did get dirty as soon as I entered.

Very poor washing i have given my car jaguar for an full wash and the car was not cleaned properly and when i asked to the staff they said its bcos of the black colour I haven't heared this type of reply and I asked for the supervisor they said he s not available waste of time and waste of money, highly not recommended, very disappointment poor service.

Many times I have experienced partiality shown by the staff who is controlling the queue and giving bills. He must know who came first and give tokens accordingly. He was not following the same. He was giving false answers. But the staff in washing, vacuum and drying all are good.

I recently had my car painted from this service centre. They had assured me their work is the same or even better quality then BMW and Mercedes and i must say the work they had done was amazing. Mr Hassan was very helpful and made it a very easy process, he charged me a very reasonable price and all i had to do was drop my car off and collect it, no headache whatsoever.

My ferrari recently had an accident and was severly dented and someone recommended i bring my car to this service centre for repair and i must say i am very impressed they had done an exceptional job for a very good price and it looks as good as new i am very satisfied with their work.

Hello everyone, i am a normal customer at this service center and not only myself but my whole family use this service centre for our vehicles. This service centre has an amazing service and the best prices.i have noticed that the owners of the service centre themselves are on the premises managing the car wash every day and make sure that everything is done to the highest standards.not only that they have scrathcard promotions in which i have got discounts on oil change, free interior cleaning and free car washes which have saved me at least 400AED

Very nice car wash.the best thing for me is that it has a very nice and clean prayer room so while i am praying my car is getting wash which saves a lot of time for me.seeing that the owners of the place are Sardars they give a lot of respect and are very nice people.i have met them a couple of times now and really like the way they manage the place.would definetly reccomend.

Very good service. I regularly get my car washed here and i have never had any issues. This car wash is open 24/7 and the service and washing is great at any time of the day. This car was is much more professional and pleasant than other car wash’s in the area as there is a clean waiting area and free WiFi i would definitely recommend this car wash.

I've been getting my car washed here for the past year. In which i have bought a 99DHS discount book in which i got many vouchers in which i have saved more than 1000AED and this is valid for 1 year from the day i bought it and yesterday i just bought my second discount book.very good saving and service.

Very nice and efficient service centre.i love the fact that i literally have to do nothing all i have to do is leave my car and relax in the waiting area while having a coffee which is also available there. They also have a very nice token number service in which no one can skip queue.in comparison to car washes in Dubai this is very cheap and efficent and do an amazing job thats why i go from dubai at least once a week and the fact that it is open 24 hours makes it even more convineant.

A very nice carwash. I have had oil change done 2 times now and get my car washed at least once every two weeks. They have the best prices and they have lots or promotional deals as well. Definitely the best place to get your car-washed.

Very poor customer service and arrogant behavior of the staff.

I paid money for token and was waiting for my turn for car wash after vacum cleaning, suddenly the car came after me had gone to the washing bay ahead of me. I checked with the supervising guy on this and he said the car owner is very arrogant and he often does it. That car owner started doing the watering himself and the supervisor told us he's going to stop the water so that he can't wash the car.while I was waiting for the car washing guy to come and take my car they started washing the other car. I have questioned this with the supervisor and he arrogantly told us to take my car back and they'll repay the half amount only since they have done the vacum cleaning.
Really disappointed, I don't recommend this place.

Very lovely car wash, very convenient for women as they do everything for you and you can just go the waiting room and wait. Im also very happy with their token number system.it all has all the facilities under one roof such as mechanical, oil change and car wash.

My experience was awesome with the oil change. I won a free interior cleaning with the scratch and win promo. And I stayed connected with there free WiFi for the time I was servicing my car

Do Not go to this place! Some of the worst service in vehicle cleaning. All staff are in a rush to finish the job. I would personally never go them again.

Located in Maliha Road near Industrial Area police station. They have 6 bays for washing and dedicated place for Vaccum and cleaning.

Infrastructure is really good like they offer WiFi for customers, drinking water and clean waiting area with air conditioning available.

Lack of inexperienced staff is what this place lacks. Washed my car about 3 times. Every time there will be some fault like sand, uncleaned spaces etc.
