I was about to book a standard safari trip with the agency based on the reviews and I attended to use the entertainer. So, I called to book and check the price with the entertainer offer it was 300 AED for by one get one. A day after a called to check...

Worst experience. Not recommended to anyone. Still waiting to be dropped off at the drop off location since last 1.5 hours. Very rude staff.
I dont recommend it to anyone. Im sure there are many other tour operators to be chosen from.

The experience was sadly not good. Our driver Waleed which plate number is 48916 leave us too early to the area and then go and pick up another groups. We waited 2 hour for the shows and also 3 hour for the dinner under the horriblle dessert sun...

Overall a very bad experience. Also, After we asked multiple times about visa processing time as we wouldn’t have applied if it took a month. After explaining the urgency of the situation they assured us it will be done in 4-5 days, after 3 weeks...

This is really nice branch, easy to access, no parking issue, no big queues and staff is very helping and their follow up on things is amazing.very cooperative and helping

Soft drinks are not enough and they messed it up because they gave hookah for free, it was a disgrace

Such a fun experience with great tour guides and driver! We did the ATVs for 2 hours and loved that we had a private tour with just our party of 3. Faheem was also the absolute best in ensuring we had an excellent time! Would highly recommend.
