Toyota Service Center - Khorfakkan

The Service team is excellent especially Mr Mujeer in Customer service and Mr Vinod in TA, who always take good care of my vehicle.

I visited Dubai for Eid holidays from Qatar and unfortunately while I was on my way to visit Khorfakkan the steering wheel of my Land Cruiser Prado started to vibrate. It was hilly area so i slowed down and checked the wheels which were looking fine from outside hence came at a slow speed to Khorfakkan Toyota service centre. As I was a tourist Mr Vinod (service centre manager) helped me to get my car checked in the workshop. He not even got the root cause identified but also helped me to get the spare tire changed without any charges. He helped me by speaking to his Fujairah branch to get the tires arranged. He and his team of technicians were very kind and helpful. Big Thank you to the service centre team for their timely help. Appreciating it Sir! Keep up the good work. May almighty bless you.
