Worst cargo company in the UAE they packed items in December 2020 to send to India it was received in March (they promised it will reach in 30 days and after inquire no response from them its like send your hard earned money purchases and forget it if they like they will deliver or they will throw it out in garbage) and all broken all the new kitchen items we received completely broken and when contacted to the branch showed photos no reply got the number of the head office somebody called Mr salim (the manager) the guy is so rude I don't know how the company is bearing him and made him manager he don't know how to talk to the client he is not even apologetic the direct word I got from him was we are not responsible we don't know how any why it was broken non cargo company give a any gurantee of the broken item he is not even apologetic for his company fault but passing judgement for other companies. Will be posting the picture also of the broken items.

One of our family friend used this company for shipment to India leaving UAE for good. They shipped around 200kgs of 9 cartons. One of their staff came home and packed all the items themselves in their own carton boxes. There were mix of items, kitchen utensils, show case items, boxes, glasses, books and few electronic items.

When the items delivered in India, completely damaged and none were usable. All the glasses were broken, kitchen items were damaged and all the show case items were broken fully.

When we followed up with this company and management, there were no response at all. They claim that they can't take any responsibility and can't do anything. There were costly showcase items there were lots of lifetime collection items were completely destroyed and broken to tiny pieces.

We strongly don't recommend this cargo service for 2 reasons, they don't any responsibility, poor customer satisfaction and very poor management response.

If we have chance to rate we will provide minus 5 marks to them.

I sent a cargo to mumbai from unique cargo services sharjah Abu shagara, in the month of sept 2020 weighing 30 kg. It was newly opened branch, the cargo content was household items which was left behind when my family winded from uae.i paid Aed 319 for the shipment as per the price quoted.cargo personnel’s came and packed the items & informed it will be delivered in 30 days but the cargo was received after 45 day my wife received the door to door cargo most of the items in broken condition, I sent official mail & images of damaged items till date no action from them, I went personally went to shj office but the office person said the items are not insured I called up the dubai office but in vain, I lost Aed 1500 for item damages & Aed 319 for cargo charges. This is to kindly alert other customer from been cheated and hence shared my experience
