Delivery is worst ,ordered at 12:47pm and hotel not sent order till 1:40pm and after continuous follow up hotel management has given contact number of delivery boy and delivery boy came at 2:30Pm with leakage of boxes

Its a worst one. Had a horrible experience there. Their food, service and behaviour was 3rd class. I would suggest, please avoid this restaurent. Street shops food and service is better than this restaurent.

Nice for breakfast. I tried mini tiffin and it was very nice. There ample seating place. Neat and clean restaurant.

Very bad experience.we were not served properly and had to call the waiters many times to get out order.

Food is good, but service is not up to the mark. There is no coordination between them. They were prompt with their south Indian items we ordered but the rest took so long, eventually after an hour they said the dish is not available, which is ok but they could have informed us long before instead of making us wait. Compared to their other branches, this one does not live up to it.

Wish i checked the reviews before going there. Food was 2 star, service was ok. Noth a place i would go again.

Staff at cash counter has an extremely bad attitude and I stopped visiting this place. Experienced this twice. Tried ordering food as well: Called and ordered food over phone. Asked to send change for 100 along with delivery person and the person who took order said he cannot send change or card machine. Instead asked me to order on Talabat or Zomato. I stay 100 meters away, why pay the extra delivery fee to delivery platforms? The guys attitude as before was to the core. Never again will be using this place. Not sure if Vasantha Bhavan has any intention to server customers.

Great place for South Indian food. They have a good spread on mini tiffin for a quick and tasty brunch.

South Indian food is really delicious and good. But never should someone order anything cold to drink from there. We ordered a mango milkshake and it tasted like watered down ice cream. No flavour and no thickness at all. Consistency of water. Absolutely hated it.

Please the waiters and staffs will not mind us.i dont know how the waiters are working.around 6 mnt i was waited there and nobody mind us, not even one star for customer service.

One of the worst delivery service, ordered breakfast morning and delivering at lunch time. And the order was only one ghee roast, no response Through call to check the status was so pathetic.

The quality of food has gone worst now, the mysore masala ordered today was thinner than a tissue paper, when took it out of the foil the dosa was not at all edible. The price has increased and the quality and quantity of food going down the drain. Please dont order, we value the brand and order but Vasant bhavan is not keeping that confidence with customers. Will never order as you have not much branded restaurants but still offer good quality dosas in Al Nahda 2.

I've ordered breakfast an hour ago. Still not delivered.
The landline is off the hook so they cannot be contacted either.
Why bite off more than you can chew?
Because of this delay, administration of medication is also delayed.

I like their combos. I have ordered laddus many times its so appetizing. Their Gobi manchurian is great too.

The standard has dropped down, deliveries not on time. During this time of covid-19, we do not go out so order food online but the delivery takes to long almost an hour to deliver the food to my house which is 5 min away. You need to keep following up on the order

Besides the delivery guy wasn’t wearing his PPE - gloves which isn’t good during this time of the pandemic.

You need to make sure your team wears the PPE at all times as they are handling food, we all need to be safe.

We have ordered crispy fried mushroom, couldn’t even find one mushroom. Its like palak pakoda. Really upset.

Worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. Worst service ever. Made 4 times to shift our tables and finally gave our food after 1 hour. Please dont waste your time.

Fair price south vegetarian foods.

Difficult to communicate for right order but if they understand then taste of every item is amazing, means really you enjoy the food.

Secondly they really care about environment too much so be clear in cutler requirement.

Cost is another factor which they really care, if you see the plate in photo is cracked from side, for me it’s ok but if you want to change please don’t hesitate for new one they don’t mind.
For me I try not to ask second service from staff Because they really doing hard work to service such a crowed Resturant.

If you coming with family then avoid Friday and Saturday too much crowded.

Sufficient parking and waiting area available.

Good Food; Same taste anytime for the Masala Dosa. Though quantity is less; but they keep up the quality

Nice clean and economical South Indian food. Love the accomplishments with Idli and Dosa. Would recommend to try this budget friendly authentic Tamil Nadu style restaurant. We often have breakfast from here.

Nice place, good food. Service of the order taker was not impressive as he was in a hurry to get rid of us by saying order everything in one go and not later as the restaurant is busy. That was awful.

In a race full of south indian restaurants around Dubai, this one is a silent competitor feels like. The south indian thali comes in 2 variants with unlimited portions and great tasting veg delicacies. North Indian thali includes some fried rice and naan. Do look out for some specials on offer like falooda. Service is good. Seating is plenty in Al Nahda.

I was waiting for more than 20minutes, no one came to take order, another customer waited for 40minutes. We both went to cashier to send someone to take order, but the person answered because of busy it will take time that he cannot do anything. I said it's better I will go to another restaurant, he said you can go no problem for him. Fantastic customer service at Vasantha Bhavan atl Nahda. Then I realised it's a Bad choice of going to Vasantha Bhavan. I went to Sangeetha Al Nahda and I had a express service.

Staff tend to pay attention based on the quantity of food ordered. Unfortunately we went in to have some snacks and had to wait each time when asked for assistance. The captain seemed to have no interest knowing what we ordered.

Crispy and soft Batura with Channa.
Nice masala dosa. Crumbly Uzhunnuvada.
Mini tali was ok not very good.

This is descent & clean restaurant. But food menu and presentation is not good and reasonable. They should develop more.
