I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Volkswagen service center in Sharjah (Al Nabooda Automobiles), and I must say, the customer service was outstanding. Mr. Abdul Haleem, the service adviser, provided me with excellent assistance and explained everything about my vehicle in a very informative way.

I am genuinely pleased with the service I received. The only downside was the cost of the service, which was a bit on the higher side. Nonetheless, the overall experience was delightful.

It was a good customer service from Mr Shafeeque. He gave timely update and explanation about the vehicle status.

Mohamed Abdelmonaem in the sharjah showroom was helpful and forthcoming right from the get go. From arranging the test drive to explaining every little detail to organizing backend help to arranging the delivery, he was prompt communicative and very efficient.
100 percent would recommend going to him if you are getting a VW.

It was a nice experience that I had at VW SHJ. I was fortunate to meet Hiba from the sales team and she was kind enough to assist me to get my new car delivered. Even though It took a while to get my new car registered for various other reasons, Hiba and VW were able to arrange alternate car till I got my new car. I have suggestion for management to look into labour charge base. So that customer can affordable & always look agency has 1st preference while doing service.

Very good service, polite and respectful staff. Best service advisor is Shaheel, been dealing with him for the past few years. Reception staff should have more training as they have poor knowledge and not well trained, always lazy.
