Worst garage to visit in UAE, its my worst experience and mistake to visit this garage, horrible people with no common sense.
They will promise you something else on phone and once u reach this place they are totally different people (dual personality). Never never never visit this shiittyy garage. They start to fight each and every thing even though its their mistake & these people dont give a dammn! They will make u feel as piece of garbage, specially the owner named ashraf this guy doest know how to talk politely. Unprofessionalism and i wonder how this garage is still open in country like UAE.

Worst garage ever, we have suffered a lot with this what sahara auto maintenance, we bring our car to change the engine but they replace with repaired engine and car still overheating! They ask for full payment immediately and promise that they have good engine in stock and they will fix and definitely car will be in good condition for 10 years! The supervisor & the owner is big lier! And they don't return our money back even twice already they fix bad engine.
they also took our old engine, they make the job order let you sign and talk to you so that you will not pay attention on what they are writing additional on the job order after signing.we are surprised that they mention on the job order that we gave them the old engine! Even we didn't discuss about giving them our old engine.
the owner is lier, when we are getting back our money he said i will return your money give me the receipt when we gave the job order again we are surprised what he did he put new date, time & stamp on the job order and told us to come on that day and time instead of giving our money back.that's how they are doing if you trust them.

This is a group of FRAUDS. They will tell you a lot of good things when you drop your car and then they start telling lies. They took AED 5000 in advance and asked me that it will take 2 days to fix my 4Wheel issue and he wasted my 25 days. They sent my car to another garage and fix the issue without informing me. After wasting 25 days I had to other garage, and had to pay AED 2200 more to get my car. They will keep your car and remove genuine parts and put in fake parts. I received my car with scratches. I was lucky to get it back in 25 days, as I met other customers who were suffering with him for more than 2 months.
What they do:

ANNA, I raised complaint in SEDD and I got a call from them after 5 days. They asked me to come to office. Unfortunately, I couldn't go to meet them becoz I had to leave to India in emergency on same day. So they closed the application and asked me to put a new complaint once I am back.
The officer asked me if I have got my car back, to which I replied YES. Probably, I won't get my money back. But atleast they will come to know what he is doing to the customers.
Someone already raised a case against him and he got a fine for it. I hope government will take action if he gets lot of complaints.

Literally ruined my car took my engine and replaced with another one took all the parts that were in good condition.first they said it would cost 2500 then when i send me car over there they said 3500 and when i went there to recive the car after a month he took 5000 in total. They are the biggest scammer literally made me wait for a month. I never saw a pakistani people with no Iman zero dignity no respect for pakistan. I literallt can buy his full family God may have mercy on him.

Hi Michael, main issue is we didn’t see the reviews before sending our vehicle to his garage but we researched after when we are cheated and then only we came to know that we are not only the once but many other people are also cheated by him!
I also suffered and still suffering because of this lier and they have full team who catch people like us on Facebook ads and we waste our money and our time and energy without fixing our car. He always win because it’s his profession to make people in trouble and we can not do anything because our car and money in advance already paid. We only have to wait wait and wait. And after follow ups and phon calls when we literally get exhausted we decide to take the car back in the condition what it is! We only put our review and that’s it.
He knows that no one can do anything to him that’s why he do the same to others after you and me.
I would recommend everyone, please share this page link on your watsapp groups, Facebook pages and anyother social platform with the name of Ashraf, shoaib and any other who are related to this cheater team and his garage name so people should be aware and don’t go to him anymore!

If he shall not pay then court will put ban on his travel, his accounts and they told his garage will be also closed until he pay the amount and return my car.

SCHFICICOMS2023/0003708) and Insha Allah it will come to final stage soon. I have hearing on 17th of July and I'll update you guys. They know this cheater very well and they might help you or else they shall make a report and give to proceed with civil court. Worst experience ever. Replaced my Civic transmission from there, and they handed over me the car without plugging and secure the alternator cable. My car broke down middle of road and could cause a serious accident. I had to take it on recovery and they were so rude take even accept it was their mistake.

No words to describe how pathetic these people are. The guy's name is Muhammad Ashraf, he opens his mouth to lie and he does that with ease. Previously the garage's name was Wahat Sahara Auto Repair. Changing your name and posting a 5-star review from your own account is not going to help. You might cheat a few but ultimately you will sink. People will only remember you as a LIAR, CHEATER & FRAUDSTER. Remember what you are feeding your children.

This is the. Worst workshop i ever see in Sharjah, they only know to replace the parts they cant even identify and diagnose the issue of my car. I changed my engine there and there are several issues aries on top of that. When i said this to them they just tell to keep the car there and go after many follow ups they said they fixed the issue but that issue still persist in my car and they cant even analysis anything about that isse. I took car again and told them the issue still there then again told to keep car there again. And again they repaired and gave back with the same issue. They unnecessarily changed parts because they were doing trail and error with my car and my money. The main guy treat you well untill you pay the money after that he not even attend call and reply to messages. Terrific people. I really dont know how other people are still approaching those guys for repair. I already got in trap guys really stay away from these guys.

If you're seeing this review, just run away from this shop as this has been the worst experience ever faced here in Uae. Went there to change my engine and they just destroyed my car completely. Engine replaced is not working properly ans they even took my original ac compressor and replaced it with a used one. I should have come across the reviews earlier and now learned my lesson.

Promised to give me a new engine and car in running condition in 2 days.
I have issues pending even after 3 months. Gave me a lower capacity engine. Did not do basic checks and showed a total lack of empathy, expertise is asking for too much.
They deserve to be named and shamed for taking customers for a royal ride.
Totally uncouth and unprofessional to the hilt.
Wish there was a consumer forum they could be reported to.

Let me share with you my bad and worst experience with this scammer, cheater owner is the biggest lair, using god name to make you believe that they are good, there are brothers who will be always online haunting innocent people to get trapped, and he will quote you cheapest price making you feel good to go with this garage, they don't want to sell only engine they will say this price quoted including fixing and labor charge, once you reach the garage they will ask you upfront to pay the money promise in the name god by tomorrow your car is ready to pick up.believing his lie once the payment will be made, after two days if you follow up this stupid owner Ashraf will again promise you inshallah that by today you will get it, then the owner will call you saying he can't find the cheap parts but he as very good parts from japan or Korea but that is little expensive again without any option you will say ok then immediately Ashraf will ask you to payment, after all, waited days final when you reach garage nothing will be done, after seeing all this you will lose your patience, Ashraf will pretend that just now they bring the new parts by today it will be fixed, then comes his pet garage supervisor will make new Trist that some parts are damaged need to fix again they will bring one more quote, after all, this you will feel that your car is ok now to take if your lucky nothing will happen to the car again or you will bring back again to the garage with an issue they fix your car that you need to again to them for repair,

Basically a bunch of cheaters and robbers. I am filing a lawsuit against SHJ Economic Department, and if I do not prevail there, I may take the case to court.
Weapons come with " Warranty finish ", which means they will give you an invoice for 3 days of warranty.

They are big looters in market. They hunt the customer from internet. Ask you to come on cheap rate. Once you reach. They will ask you to replace the parts and make high quotation.

Worst Garage, they will charge money upfront. Im fighting my case with Sharjah economic department. Lot of people have faced this issue. I will complain to sharjah government to close and seal this place.
UPDATE: He has made a fake INVOICE which he didn't give me and told authorities he has given me. This is worst typer of scammer ive ever seen. Please guys stay away from him he is dangerous. If your car is already there, TAKE PICTURES WHERE EVER YOU SIGN.he will edit the invoice and not give you customer copy and add additional thing's.

They start to fight each and every thing even though its their mistake & these people dont give a dammn! They will make u feel as piece of garbage, specially the owner named ashraf this guy doest know how to talk politely. Unprofessionalism and i wonder how this garage is still open in country like UAE.
Guys plz dont visit this place i made mistake and plz dont follow the same.

Never choose this garage. First they quote cheap price, but when we collect the vehicle need to pay double amount and then only they release the vehicle. For this everytime the manager using bad words to customer. Manager have no cultural behaviour to customer & employees working under him.

I had bad experience in one of sharjaha garage i put my car GMC Acadia 2010 9/49616 in sharjaha one garage (Al Wahat Sahara Auto Maintenance Owner Muhammad Ashraf big layer) and his supervisor Mr. Suhaib
The garage owner Mr. Muhammad Ashraf friendly talk and take from me total 11000dhs Advance Money and did not make any singal changes in my car, he advise that Car is 100% ok but i bring back my car after 3 days engine and Gear Struck again and i called him and his behaviour not at all acceptable and Even under warranty then Finally told bring the car back and i put the car in same garage.
Now my concern is this guy big fraud because he did not change Engine Gear or any parts I might know that this is regular business in this garage some people avoid to file the case against him, he did same with so many people and i have some of the contact and he did the same with these people.
I want make lesson for this Fraud People soon in legal way.

Don't trust this garage. They are scammer. They charge me more than the work that they didn't do.

Well I would just advice no one to visit this place as they just want to make money out of you without giving their best. You cant trust this garage. I agree with the previous review given by some users and don't want to repeat the same again. Their supervisor Shohaib he can just talk good to make you fool. Seems the owner Ashraf is not technical and for every single thing depends on Shohaib and he being a sharp talker takes you for a ride. Since we are laymen and have no idea about the mechanical and technical issues we have no options but to rely or agree to what they say. In Short I would say no one should visit this place just to save money. Coz frankly speaking we will save some money and will make big loss later. All the best everyone who reads this review.

Update: after an excruciating 3 and a half months I had to take the car, because its just sitting collecting dust, they aren’t fixing anything, its not working properly, a scrap now, I took my loss, they refused to refund and consumer protection wasn’t helpful. I also discovered that they disconnected the engine light so that I dont know its lighting up!
Id also like to mention that the car had a minor gasket issue when i took it to repair, they suggested engine replacement, I made the mistake of believing they were professional, now its a scrap car.
-100 stars, avoid this shop, don't make my mistake, 3 months to replace engine, a repair that usually takes 1 day!

Guys this a fraud garage where they usually take all the money and fake bills and everything. Ashraf the owner is a cheater please beware and never go to this garage. I and 4 customers along with me have filed a police complaint against him.

Worst place ever. If you love your car dont take it to this garage. They will say keep your car for repair, use it like their own and then return without fixing anything. I doubt they remove parts from the car too. I had given my car with full tank and received it back with empty tank and plus lots of kms. They lie and are born cheaters. Really had a horrible experience.
Edit: I still can't forgive this people. Only because of these horrible people, I had to sell my car for scrap. I also have a strong feeling that they stole parts from my car. I am sure they will suffer and pray that they run in to loss and shut down.

Cheater Fraud irresponsible person in this garage when u visit they talk sweetly then after shouting on u they take money in advance and not done ur work and forcing them to give extra money for pending work they doing work like a fraud gang they remove accessories from your car and damage as well i saw in a short time many people are not satisfied with this garage they commented do all work but not i take my uncompleted car and broken some items because when i give my car fuel is there half tank after i saw its empty, bonnet bumper not fix properly gap is there lights and antenna are broken some places paint spots not cleaning properly ur car, not remove extra paint using bad quality materials they don't have finishing in work thats why i believe if i leave the car they more damage my car
So strongly suggest please don't go in this garage i don't recommend to my friend and enemy as well

I agree with all the negative comments here. The guy named Ashraf is a big fraud and so are his supervisors. My car had radiatior issue and they took 1200 from me and not only they didn't fix it, but made the car condition so bad that I had to sell it for scrap. I strongly believe they removed parts from my car. I hope people read my review and save their ass from this MF. Same like other friend posted here, they emptied my tank too and didn't bother to explain. Saala

Absolutely brilliant… I had issue with my Range rover engine, they rectified in a timely manner with affordable pricing. Very friendly staff to deal with, this is the most trustworthy, honesty and fair workshop ever! I have recommended them to my friends and no one has had a bad experience. Highly recommend using these guys. When you enter you feel you are entering a office rather than a garage, The Mechanic Auto Center is as clean and tidy as the office/reception area. Great service at affordable price and quality of work is extremely high.

His place and people here sucks. They take money in advance and do nothing. Guy named Ashraf is a born liar. They even remove parts from your car. They completely destroyed my car. I gave them 1200 dhs and not a single problem was resolved. Plus I gave my car with full tank and received back empty. When asked they dont even bother. Group of idiots dont know how to behave.

Be careful not to leave your car and comeback the next day. They will put very bad spare parts and not even fix all the nuts and screws. Don't pay any advance money. They seem very polite to ask you come to the garage but after they have your money they become totally different. They can become agressive too and even threaten you.
I went there to change the fuel pump and radiator.they did change the fuel pump but didn't change radiator and just repaired it. After changing the fuel pump they did not even put back all the covers to cover the wiring and the fuel line and the fuel tank which could be very dangerous. I had to go back all the way to their shop from marina to sharjah to get that fixed again. Choose your garage very carefully.

That's the worst garage so far. They have no manner of approach. I took my car to them to fix and within 4 days, the car broke down again. They fixed the engine without adding oil to the gear box! I almost had an accident with that car. Another mechanic testified to this! When I went back, I was shocked to see a lot of customers fighting with them. They fix your car and expect you to bring it back to them every week so they can take money from you all the time. THAT GARAGE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
