Yellow pepper restaurant

The cashiers decide the price of the items according to their whim and not according to price chart displayed. The customers get to know about it only after they pay. They claim it is the old list displayed but after paying no one bothers to cancel it coz there is a lot of waiting time just to take our orders.

This restaurant was amazing. Good service, food and also atmosphere was wonderful. Last day i had charckol from this restuarant no words to say it was amazing. Thanku yellow pepper for the excellent coustomer service and the food

Worst attitude by the counter guy. I never met a service guy lik him in mg 13 years of uae. Aggressive character. Malbari guy

Today i visited yellowpeppar restaurant. What a tasty food they serves. Their service is very good. Especially Mr. Arun the Manager, he did a great service. Friendly person in yellow paper restaurant. Must visit safari mall and also please visit yellow pepper restaurant.

Highly delicious and Hygenic food place. I tried Beef Fry Dosa, Schezwan Momos and Ghee Dosa here, all are amazing even side dish chutney and sambar are highly recommended. Especially Momos are awesome. An important thing is these all are very affordable too. Waiting to go back and try rest of their menu too

Never Vist back again. Worst experience. Food and service both are worst. The same food in Sasya cheaper and Best taste. Example for one of the worst customer service.

Always the best customer service. Esp manager Mr. Biju gives a warm homely feeling to revisit.

Most of them came there because seat unavailability in Pathayam Restaurant. Staff was arrogant. Irresponsible counter sales guy. Taste also not much not Good we can say Normal. Manager should given proper Training to counter sales person how to talk with customers.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Least bothered about customer service.

What can I say? It’s lip smacking delicious the tea is absolute perfection! Good team work to serve timely. Keep up the good work. I’ll be visiting again and again.

This review is for the yellow pepper at safari mall.
Not sure why but they were so incompetent. And this happened second time. We went there and more than half of the things in the menu were not available. At 4pm we went for late lunch.counter guy said dosa will be available only by 4.30pm. Then came the not so interested chef who said the dosa will be only ready after 6pm and so were the momos.if this continues they would soon be out of business. Atleast have happy staff who can interact.

The staff is arrogant. Im asking one menu and he saying no no. Check other restaurant there. He is rude because im not indian. He thinks i dont know indian food and i will not enjoy. I never go in this resto anymore although i eat yellow pepper foods

If you are not a Kerlaite please do not visit here.

I was standing for a long time to order juice but none of them were bothered to take my order but pretending busy in taking tea orders from other customers who came after me.

My suggestion please mention on your board ‘. Served only for Keralaites’

Food is tasty.
Value for money.
Restaurant is reasonable compared to others.
Variety of evening snacks.
Chinese and Indian dishes are available.
South Indian Tea is available.
Overall the experience was ok.

Only draw back I felt is to focus on customer service and down time to deliver the order.

Worst service. Rude staff.

We visited there today. We reached the counter and started ordering. But we had to cancel the order and leave the place due to rude behavior of staff at the counter. Thanks to him, will never visit there again.

Nice food and nice service, south Indian combo it's nice and dosa with beef curry combo nice aswell, nice ambience

Yellow pepper restaurant, Safarimall is a very good place for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very tasty dishes. Especially the meals. Fish curry along with the meals is sooooooo tasty.
The staffs are very friendly in nature. The cost of each item is affordable for all. You have to visit and experience the yummy food from Yellow Pepper.

Very bad in dosa sambhar last time I eat sambhar it is very smelly if I eat then I think I got food poisoning so pls don't eat dosa specialy and the staff behavior is very very very bad and roude safari mall take action in this about staff

Tried their mysore masala dosa, beef fry dosa, fried momos. All of them were tasty and above average. Its pretty good for the price.
Tea and coffe were just average. I dont understand why there are lots of negative reviews here. Its a budget cafeteria, not any fancy restaurant. So their food quite good for that standard and for the price you pay.

Went for the business trip at Sharjah, went to Safari mall for shopping find this restaurant, had tea and sum snacks it was good in taste and staff was very friendly and professional especially Printo, he take care of us.

Dont expect quality food! I bought their chicken curry and it was full waste pieces. Not even tasty and too much oil

Very low service, quality is good but they will give quantity less, today very bad experience for me.

The staff behavior was rude while re ordering. After all the bill was not printed but the staff didn't change the order.the food quality was average

The hospitality is very bad.please try to avoid this place.got surprised why Safari mall management is keeping such shops inside the mall, It may spoil their name even.

Worst restaurant, I don't know whether it can be called even a restaurant it's a cafeteria. Staff has zero manners, I would have given not even a star rating if their was an option for that. Billing section needs a training as they annoy customers with their response to the querries. I hope management gives their staff some basic customer service training. Will not recommend this restaurant as its a day spoiler.

Purchased Masala Dosa and Ghee Roast - good. Chutney's provide d were very fresh, tasty and Sambar curry was one of best.

Clean place, small place for break between shopping. It’s in Safari mall Sharjah.
You can enjoy some small snacks and tea. Kerala type. Can’t be the best among the place, but still good, and hope to improve.
