From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. I did full-body laser hair removal at Zulekha Hospital in Sharjah with Naheda. She was amazing, so patient, and did a great job. I recommend doing your hair laser removal with Naheda.

Im only visiting Zulekha hospital only thanks to the well qualified and trained doctors there. There is huge gambling between insurance team and pharmacy team. We have to keep waiting for insurance approvals and at least 1 out of 4 meds will not be covered. We have to keep calling insurance to double check if its covered or not! Even though everything is automated in zulekha hospital sharjah the pharmacy team takes their own sweet time to send prescriptions for approvals. Really ridiculous and not streamlined being such a very dominant name in UAE. The insurance people keeps rejecting for silly reasons but the process is hospital pharmacy can re submit which they can easily do, but they wont until we go and tell them. If we are not alert we will loose a lot of money infact while visiting the hospital.

Hospital is very good good staffs good management Doctors are very kind help desk shj good services over all very good hospital in Uae.

Few days back, I delivered my first baby in C section in zulekha. Got scared at first but thanks to all the staff nurse, doctors who attended me during my labor to delivery. I feel at ease cause they really checked on me from time to time and helped me overcome those hard times. Also to my OB Dr. Usha rani who have been a great help and never left me till the very end. Thank you so much doc also for the succesful operation. It was very smooth and the stitch is not noticeable. I Highly recommend you and Zulekha hospital

ممرضات قسم الجهاز الهضمي اسوء ممرضات تعاملت معاهم في حياتي، اخر مرة اراجع عندهم، اسلوب سيء جداا في التعامل والمواعيد، ما يستحق الزيارة مرة ثانية

I didn’t had privacy when I enter to the Doctor I booked the appointment with in the same room there where two other doctors and two nurses and the room was noise.they should respect that patient and enough the doctor and one nurse if required it is COVID-19 still there

Poor customer service, a have waited in the line for almost 10 minutes, and in the end the receptionist will inform you to get a token number, the problem is the token number machine was on the corner and no one able to see it easily

ONE POOR DECISION CAN CAUSE MASSIVE LOSSES TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.if a patient visits Zulekha you do pay for the consultation and medicines but now, the hospital wants you to pay for the parking as well which was initially a complimentary service.secondly this parking service is not cheap.greed for money can sometimes lead to losses, hope they learn soon.i recommend everyone to use hospitals and clinics which provide this service as a necessity and not with a luxury fees.parking around the hospital is otherwise hard to find.

من أفضل المستشفيات خدمات مميزة تعاملت معهم عدة مرات ولكن لدي ملاحظة على احد الأطباء وهو مختص بالاطفال اسمه شوكت نتمنى الحذر من مقترحاته بخصوص الأطفال يعني عنده لا مبالاة في سبيل الحصول على اكبر استفادة من التأمين. بما يخص الأطفال حديثي الولادة ولديهم ارتفاع بدرجه الحرارة حيث يتساهل و ينصح بأخذ خزعة من الظهر ومن الحبل الشوكي وهذا خطير على الأطفال و كذلك يتساهل في عمل الأشعة للاطفال وهي ضارة بهم لأنها ليست ضرورة قصوى. والسبب عندما يشاهد نتائج فحوصات البول والدم يتسرع ولا يبالي. لذا وجب التنبيه. هناك دكتور عراقي ومصري افضل منه

You will pay for consultation and you will pay other fees if doctor said that he decide to give u injection.even if you have insurance they will charge you other extra fees for injection and for medicine and it will be required to come with some one or they will make you go and come to pay first then get treatment

All other hospital i entered they dont do such that.consultation fees should cove the injection fees.

WE WERE SUGGESTED DR. KRANTI, WHOM WHEN WE MET WAS VERY RUDE WHILE SPEAKING AND SHE BEING A DOCTOR DOES NOT EVEN CARE TO INFORM US THE BABY's CONDITION OR HEALTH AND IF WE ASK HER 2-3 QUESTIONS SHE IS LIKE YA ALL IS OK.
AND THE WAY SHE ANSWERS THIS IN NOT UPTO THE MARK AS OF ANY DOCTORS PROFESSION.

Their home service is really good, i have contacted them for my father’s condition and requested for a doctor, nurse and lab tests to be done and they have provided us with the best caring doctor and team, a special thanks to doctor waleed abdullah whom have been super helpful and caring with providing all information about my father’s case and the treatment plan. Thanks to the caring nurses and PRO mehnaz. I am sure they continue to give the best care to my father and all other patients.

Very expensive hospital, if you don’t have insurance.
They will charge a lot money.
Even that they not follow the disconnect which given by Dubai police or any other cards so sadly

Poor Management system, we paid and got an appointment fixed for 4: 45, waiting more than an hour, the nurse tells us be patient as lots of people in emergency have come so next time dont book come in emergency, absolutely horrible service, just 1 doctor to see more than 10 children!

I was admitted in zulekha hospital sharjah and i felt the care of the staff towards the patient. Very clean and calm hospital. Reception staff are very accomodating and guiding us. Facilities can categories as high end quAlity and advance.

We consulted Dr Kranti at Zulekha hospital sharjah for my wife pregnancyand delivery. Thank u Dr Kranti and team. It was really a nice experiencefor us. We were really comfortable with Dr kranti as she was too supportive and yes the nursing staffs also kind and co operative. I will surely recommend Dr Kranti and Zulekha hospital.

Sorry to say but very very slow in sharjah. Stuff are confusing.and the only way to do your things faster is going to fast track but that option also will work only up to 9pm.

However now the service has declined in a very bad way

The pharmacy service is very poor. They
said that approval should be taken and waited for 2 hours. Patients who responded were given immediate medication. 2 hours later I bought the prescription back and bought the medicine from an outside pharmacy

المستشفى جيد جدا ولكن في تأخير مب طبيعي في تخليص إجراءات و أوراق المغادره في الأقسام. و صرف الادويه

Our experience with the home services provided by the hospital is very good. The coordinating administrators are very understanding and cooperative. Dr. Walid in the home health care service is dedicated and loyal.

-نظام المواعيد: بعض الدكاترة لا يلتزمون بالموعد الذي تم اخذة مسبقا اذا عليك الجلوس في كراسي الانتظار حتى يقرر باستقبالك مع العلم بانه لايوجد مريض غيرك وقتها.
- التسجيل:
1-اجراءات التسجيل وانتظار الارقام وبطئ الموظفين عن اداء مهامه عند حضورك المستشفى لتلقي العلاج تجعلك ايضا تتاخر اكثر عن موعدك المسجل مسبقا.
2- بعض الموظفين للاسف غير مبتسمين عند التسجيل ، كانهم مجبورين على العمل.
الصيدلية:
- نظام الحصول على الدواء بعد الانتهاء من الدكتور متعب كذلك حيث تكون عبارة عن مراحل لا اعرف ما الغاية منها.
1- الانتظار في طابور حسب اوقات الذروه وتسليم الورقة الى موظف التامين وبعدها يطلب منك الانتظار وهو سوف ينادي عليك
2- المرحله الثانية: الانتظار حتى ينادي علي موظف التامين.
3-المرحله الثالثه: ينادي علي موظف التامين بالاسم وليس عن طرق رقم على الشاشة فاذا كنت قريبا سمعت واذا كنت تجلس بعيدا الله يعينك فنداء مرتين فقط.
4- المرحلة الرابعة: يطلب مني التوجه الى الموظف الاخر حتى استلم الدواء.
5- المرحلة الخامسة: الانتظار في طابور اخر حتى اصل الى موظف استلام الدواء.
6- المرحلة السادسة: بعد الوصول والحمدالله الى الموظف يطلب مني الانتظار مرة اخر حتى ينادي علي واستلم الدواء كذلك.
7- بعد الانتظار ينادي علي مرة اخر بالاسم ولكن في حالة وجود دواء لايغطية التامين وقبلت ان تدفع سعرة يطلب من التوجه مرة اخر الى المحاسب هذه المرة ودفع المبلغ وبعدها العودة اليه لاستلام الدواء. (السؤال لماذا لم يقم موظف التامين باخباري سابقا عن ذلك وقتها قمت بالدفع عند المحاسب)
8- المرحلة الثامنه والاخيرة: العودة الى موظف تسليم الدواء ومع السلامه.

- Register:
1- The registration procedures, waiting for numbers, and the slowness of the staff in performing their duties when you come to the hospital to receive treatment, also make you more late than your pre-registered appointment.
2- Unfortunately, some employees are not smiling when registering, as if they are forced to work.pharmacy:
- The system for obtaining medicine after the completion of Dr. Meteb as well, as it consists of stages, and I do not know what their purpose is.
1- Waiting in line according to peak times and handing the paper to the insurance officer and then asking you to wait and he will call you
2- The second stage: waiting for the insurance employee to be called.
3- The third stage: the insurance employee calls me by name, not by means of a number on the screen.
4- Fourth stage: I am asked to go to the other employee until I receive the medicine.
5- The fifth stage: waiting in another queue until I reach the employee receiving the medicine.
6- The sixth stage: After arriving, thank God, the employee asks me to wait again until he calls me and receives the medicine as well.
7- After waiting, he calls me again by name, but in the event that there is a medicine that is not covered by insurance and I accept to pay its price, he is asked to go again to the accountant this time and pay the amount and then return to him to receive the medicine. Paying at the accountant
8- The eighth and final stage: Return to the medicine delivery officer and with safety.

Dr. Mohamed Taher Desouki is one of the worst doctors in Zulehe Hospital, I went to meet him and he refused and he treated me with a very bad way. I wish from the Administration of Zulehe to look at this doctor

دخلت الساعه 10 ونص واعلمتني موظفة الاستقبال بوجود دكتور واحد وعليه زحمه. وسئلت وين الدكاترة قالت في اجازة. على طول طلعت. الله يعينهم

مشفى ضخم ولكن الخدمات سيئة. وكل همهم الربح المادي. الممرضات لطيفات وتحاول انجاز مهامها. ولكن الأطباء ماديون ولا وقت لديهم لنقاش المريض او الشرح له كل همهم إنهاء الطوابير المنتظرة بأسرع وقت.

Experience wasn't pleasant.
Hold for insurance approval is minimum 30 min and seems tie up with insurances is weak without or unapproved standing instructions.

I would like to thank all the staff from Drs and nurses in Gynecology at 5 floor and 11 floor nurses are welcoming and supportive, i with my wife came Saturday at 12 midnight as emergency but the staff were very cooperative and welcoming us, reduced the stress and make the operation very fast in a professional way, I am really highly recomm the hospital.

Availability of appointment for specialist doctors is a big challenge with Zulekha Hospial.generally doctors keep visiting between its Dubai and Sharjah hospital and its a highly inconvenience for the patient to catch hold of doctors when it is needed. Overall administration of hospital is very poor.

Best gynecology Dr. Najla Ahmed, unfortunately she's no longer there, therefore am moving my file to other hospital. She was the only reason to go to ZHS coming from Mirdiff.

The Queue on the pharmacy is Horrible.need minimum 1 hour to get the medicine. Please note that insurance aproval takes 15 minutes only but the submission time is not acceptable at all, one staff collecting the prescription and keeping the documement for around 45 minutes then only submitting for the insurance approval.

Good hospital and excellent doctors but pharmacy service is one of the worst in the whole country. I got an injection approved and was contacted by the pharmacy to come for the injection. I had clearly confirmed I can be there by the weekend as I do have to go to office during weekdays. I was confirmed to be there on the weekend, when I did reach the week end on 9 in the morning the pharmacy tells me that the vaccination was administered to some other patient and asked me to wait for it. I had to wait till 2pm from 9am to get the medicine and then another half an hour to get in administered.
So again I repeat goo doctor's doc one of the worst pharmacy services in the country.

We are happy that we chose Zulekha Hospital for an emergency medical requirement. The entire team (the consulting doctor, duty doctors, all the nurses, and all other support staff) in the emergency and 10th floor paediatric ward has been to be great professionals and excellent service provider. In addition to good healthcare, the team of nurses were very friendly, lab reports were timely, had no delay with insurance, very clean etc. We highly recommend ZHS.

My Three months’ daughter was admitted to the Zulekha Hospital (Sharjah) for viral infection cough congestion and was treated with incredible care and skill by the nursing staff. Nurses Blessy, Jenumol, Amrutha and Sherin spring to mind. They did their job superbly. Thank you all!

The services at the hospital were amazing and we are totally satisfied. Nurses are too cooperative and caring. Jenumol, priya, bincy, blessy and ligy were outstanding in their services.

Highly disappointed. If you have insurance doctor will prescribe a long list of unnecessary extra medicines and moreover steroid injection just for a simple flu. Happened to me twice. Just to make money at the cost of patients health. Not knowing that patient is also aware of what is going on. I don’t want to name the doctor here because it won’t be a sensible gesture. I am not sure why are doctors doing this.

أولاً: في حال ضغط على زر call back request في التطبيق zulekha hospital لا أحد يتصل من العملاء بعد محاولات كثيرة.

ثانياً: لا يوجد رقم مجاني للإتصال بالمستشفى.

ثالثاً: لا يوجد في التطبيق zulekha hospital اللغة العربية و لغات الأخرى.

رابعاً والأساس: لا توجد طبيبة بأشعة فوق موجة صوتية للنساء.

It was my first time visiting Zuleika Hospital and it was the worst experience ever. The staff was very rude. I made up my mind that I will never go there again but Ms Naaz changed my mind. She took action immediately and addressed my problem. She was very kind and helped me throughout the process.

The best ever hospital I have ever been.less pay more gain.my 1st child was born here in 2004 and now the 6th one in 2019. They are improving and giving the best medical care to there patients. They make u feel like a family not an outsider that's the best thing about zulekha hospital.

Nurses are great. Special mention to nurse Bindu (hope i spelt it right) who is so very good at her job and goes beyond her responsibilities to assist us everytime.

Just wonder why you have a boistrous CEOs/HODs/ MDs receptionist on the 5th floor. Just wonder!

My personal experience with the paedeatrics section at Zuleikha hospital Sharjah was very good. I really appreciate the nursing care extended to my baby and wife by the staff on the 10th floor where my baby was admitted. I would defenitely recommend this hospital to anybody in need. Of course like any other hospital of this level, treatment could be expensive and if you have no insurance coverage you may consider other options.

My son was admitted in Zulekha hospital sharjah with a severe bacterial infection. Really the pediatric 10th floor is very convinient. They took very good care of my son. From the moment they fixed the
cannula without even he felt it. It was fixed perfectly and never caused him any pain for 3 days. The nurses are amazing it's only a few seconds for them to show up when we ring the bell. Very kind to the kids they laugh with them and try their best to make them happy. My son took the medicine easily with them because they know how to deal with kids very well. Our amazing nurses names are Jitha, Biniy & Binu. And of course the amazing Dr. Serar very sweet and professional. Really thank you Zulekha hospital for taking good care of my son. Recommended for children.

We had no clue that bonds would be made, love would be given, cries would be shared. We had no clue what it would feel like to leave our baby, our heart, in the hands of a stranger. We had no clue what it would feel like to watch and let that stranger take care of our baby while oftentimes we had to sit by and watch from the sidelines.

But we are thankful that you were that stranger.we are thankful for the bond you made, the love you gave, the cries you had over our baby.

We want to tell you how grateful we are. This is for you, and no matter how hard we try, these words can’t express how much we truly appreciate your efforts.

Thank you NICU TEAM for your patience, that you were patient with our lack of understanding and our desire to know more & were willing to answer our one million questions & that we could call at 11 p.m, 2 a.m. And 5 a.m. And that you would be there to tell me how my baby was.

Thank you for trying to make me feel like a person, not a patient.

Thank you for making us feel that our baby was someone special to you all.
