Great trip, did sandboarding and photos in the dunes. Our eight year old loved the quad biking. Camel ride was good to try. The evening show and food were excellent. Salim was a great driver.

First Desert Safari experience- and it was definitely worth it.
Our driver was Salim. He picked us up at the hotel which was 30 minutes away from the excursion. I asked him if there was karak where we were going. He said there wasn’t. But he made a quick pit stop and got us some karak.
The weather was amazing. The desert safari was a little underwhelming but all that I expected it to be. The highlight were the quad bikes and the shows after the safari. A day we’ll spent. Communication could be better.
Food was sub par. Bring yourself a snack…

Salim made great safari riding experience! All was really interesting and unique. Especially recommend if you didn't yet been before in desert. Children's also will be happy by riding, camel's, fire show. Sunset, desert village attractions and chicha also great! All's corresponds description of event.

What a brilliant day in the desert! Salim was a fantastic driver and made our experience from start to finish. My parents couldn’t speak highly enough about it all. A must experience and thank you Salim.

We had a good time overall bar the treatment of the camels did not seem as good as we would want.

Overall: Not the experience we were expecting. Had had previously done the Dubai equivalent over 10years ago and expected this to be better and more developed but it wasn’t. Pros and Cons below.
Pros:
Our driver, Salim, was excellent. I cannot speak highly of him. He picked us up early, even after a hotel mix up. He made sure we had plenty of time to stop for wildlife, and that we arrived at the top of the dunes first before the rest of the group to ensure we could take our pictures unobstructed. He also provided us with a few laughs too which was nice.
The food was great. Lots of variety. The bbq food was the best of the lot, some of the best chicken shawarma I’ve had.
Entertainment. Highlight of the night was the fire dancer, he was simply amazing!
Cons:
The setting wasn’t as modern as I had expected it to be. There was still a slight feel of ‘outdatedness’ to the whole thing.
Prices once you’re there aren’t cheap. Alcohol and shisha (at your table) we’re almost on par with typical London prices which was not reflected in the quality. In addition, the shisha was advertised as being free but in actual fact it turned out that it was only free if you sat away from the entertainment and not if you wanted the comfort of having it at your table.
The ending of the night was rushed. As soon as the entertainment finished we were asked to hurry up and leave even though we had drinks to finish and a shisha pipe on the go.
The photographer there is also a bit of scam. We paid for pictures to be edited before being sent and at the time of writing this review I am still waiting for them to be sent to me. They were nice pictures, amazing views, but not worth the price when a simple edit request cannot be fulfilled.
Overall, if staying in Ras Al Khaima, I would endure the long journey time and pay a little extra for the Dubai version of the desert safari. However, if you’re on a budget then I would recommend this.

Worth every spending
My friends and I went to Ras Al khaimah for the evening safari. We were very excited and happy to tour around and we never get disappointed. The company helped us experience the best in safaris. I love the BBQ dinner. BBQ is just perfect so I think I have to come back for more of that. Overall, I give this company two-thumb up for a great service!

It was an amazing experience!
All activities are fascinating. The ride was exceptional with Khaled! The way he drives and controls the 4x4 is just incredible!
All staff are friendly and very professional!
We had a lot of fun and our kid was glad to be part of this awesome experience. Will come back again for sure and recommend to our friends!

A great safari trip. Driver (Amir) picked us up promptly and was a great driver - had us laughing all the way and explained everything that would happen too. Felt very safe throughout whole experience. There was a number of included activities which were great - quad biking was extra but worth it. All staff at the safari were great and very attentive. Food had a large variety too. Definitely recommend - a fantastic evening.

Our family of 4 took a 30 minute camel trek on a summer evening. It would have been too hot earlier in the day, but the evening worked out great. There were 2 camels, with one adult and one child on each, and a guide who walked the camels around the dunes. It was an amazing experience! The feeling of being on a camel is kind of like a scaled-up version of a pony ride. The camels are huge! The desert scenery was much more beautiful and interesting than I had imagined. We did not opt for the extra experiences at the site, but if you have the time, then there is food and entertainment too. Overall, this was a great value.

Very Memorable Desert Safari In Ras Al Khaimah!
Our driver, Sulthan first of all was very good and friendly. He was so funny that we thought we knew him for a long time. At first everyone was quiet in the Hummer, but then Sulthan started joking. We did not notice that we were laughing our hearts out. After an hour of driving, we reached other 4x4s and started with dune bashing. This was an experience I could not forget. It was a bit scary at first but then the excitement builds up every second. I found myself shouting all the time for the fun and happiness I was experiencing. We met fellow tourists in the desert

Outstanding customer support
A week before our tour, I called them up to clarify and to confirm certain things. I am so happy that they are different from other companies, even if we already paid. The customer service was very friendly and was able to answer all the questions I asked. So there I was able to clarify my issues and I really am very happy of the on time and friendly customer service. Thank you Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari
