So happy and satisfied that I've met Doc. Aliya a gynecologist. She's so helpful and very detailed in explaining of what is happening to my body and baby.

Really Supporting Staff friendly atmosphere, All Doctors Good, Dr Jipu is excellent Doctor.

Yesterday night I went to consult Pediatrician, so Dr Purushodaman or someone was there in Umm Al Quwain and he did not concern the baby properly and even he did not touch the baby. I said that baby has gas so he gave the medicine without seeing her stomach. What if the baby has something in her stomach? Again I want to follow up him? Tricky people.
Nurses also same, they were covered fully and did not touch the baby. Pediatrician or Nurses they should be kind with patients.

I visited this clinic for a routine check-up, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, was professional and caring.

Visited the clinic for the first time. From outside the clinic looks very small but its a huge facility and well maintained. Great customer care by reception and nurses.

Took my 6 month old cousin who was crying non stop for hours there was definitely something wrong with her but the pediatrician refused to see her because he had few more patients to see and then leave.

Unfortunately, I visited this medical center, and the GP decided to do an ECG, I waited about an hour, everyone comes in who speaks Hindi, they have all the health care. I am sorry for writing this negative comment.

This people only concern about the timing and holidays.worst service.worst experience for 3 times now.

Looks like very expensive clinic but trust me they have very low fee's and very humble and kind staff and best Doctors

The hospital is neat and clean and they are following covid protocol

The Lady in reception was not at all helpful
She did not even try to help at any cost, very bad customer service from her end. She was not busy yet she did not bother to help with a reimbursment form.

Few other gentle men from reception asked me and helped.

The nurse Gracy and Sini were extremly nice.

I had very bad experience in this clinic, i dont recomend anyone to go, poor customer service, no one picks up the phone and dont call back if they answer, this my first and last visit ever.
