Very bad experience vip chips since since yesterday not active showing while customer care service cant fix immediately

We have experienced very bad with vip petrol chips. Suddenly we faced all chips not active. We have balance amount in chips and advised by customer service that buy new chips. I buy but have same problem. We shouldn't buy any chip and problem should fix immediately while ur customer center is saying to send email and it will take 4 working days.
