First Abudhabi Bank

Hi,it was a good experience with your officer Mr.ahmed abdelkader in umm alqwain branch .he was well aware of my need.he explained very clearly.it was given me for taking a decessin to put a small fixed deposit.i believe such people are the real asset of any bag.p.shajimon.

Not even deserve for one star, It was a very bad experience i will have to cancel all my staff card from there, one of my staff lost hes card and ask for the request to reserve the salary bringing the original passport and request from al ansari, okey we do understand they can’t release the salary but they should give us a proper answer, we go the last counter and just saying (i dont know we can’t process without the emirates, how they can aprove the request from al ansari to this bank if they don’t release wasting time, very rude staff why becouse we are pilipino? I am asking properly, just says look at us go to the maneger without proper answer
Very bad experience, I WILL MAKE SURE TO CANCEL ALL MY STAFF SALARY HERE AND DIRECT TO GET ONLY FROM AL ANSARI.

Very bad experience I submitted a request to redeem my term deposit, it has been more than 5 days now wi the no update from the branch, i called the call center several times and every time they tell me that we will send an email to the branch but eventually nothing happen, I am very disappointed with this level of service i never expected it from a great bank like you

Staff are more friendly in this branch. Two ATM machines available outside the bank. Ample of parking spaces.

Unfortunately poor service they dont have more atm several time the atm is not working properly and in case if u want to submit your money or cheque from the bank they have more attitude and they are like submit from atm like whatt! I am submit from 2 or more then 2 years many time slow service many time poor service i used to get cheque book directly and now i have to order from sms and now they cut 200dhs directly from my account i dont know why they cut they should give me a notice or do let me know why they cut? Many times i tried to contact ask they dont give proper response

اذا بغيت تخرد بيزات عندهم وتيدع عندهم يقولك لازم يكون عندك حساب عندهم وله اطلع برع بالعبارة وان بطاقة الدرهم الإلكتروني تابع للوزارة المالية مب لهم

حتى نجمه وحدة وايد عليهم خدمه تعبااانه وعروضهم شي والموجود شي غير ويدفعونك رسوم مالهم حق فيها

افشل بنك متعامل معه بحياتي. نصيحة لا تفتح حسابك معهم تندم ان كان حساب شركة او شخصي. أسوأ خدمة.
Poorest customer service. Least ATM machines in UAE. Least branches in UAE. Cannot service business account at this branch either.
