Flamingo Beach Resort

As always another lovely memory at Flamingo Beach Hotel. More than the Hotel now, its the warm service that we receive that keeps us going back for more. Every time I take a new set of friends GM Ali always goes out of his way in ensuring not only us but they too are never disappointed and live upto the expectation we have set for them. Consistency has become a habit. This only happens when Management has set a culture to nurture every guest and spoil them for choice. What I love about Flamingo Beach Hotel is they are constantly trying to improve unlike others who rest on past accolades. Keep it up everyone. You are all doing an amazing job while I will keep bringing more of my friends to experience your sincere warm hospitality. A Biggggg Thaaaaankkkk you once again for making us feel on top of this world!

It's not a good place because it's very backwards area of the UAE
It's like a village and the road is very bad nearby the hotel
It's really bad experience

The place is OK but the beach is very very noisy. Loud music and kids with scooters. We went for quite time which we didn't get unfortunately.

Visited this place twice. I'd very good time there. Room where we stayed had fishing spot also which added colors to our enjoyment.

What an amazing escape from the city. The food is just amazing, staff was super kind and attentive. Can't wait to come back, oh the best part crab hunting, so fun!

If you're looking for enjoyment/pleasure, this is not the place for you. There are a lot of restrictions. Security guards and staff are rude. Not worth it.

Our stay at The Flamingo Beach Resort was an excellent break from winter. We took an all inclusive package and stayed in a premium room facing the beach which was less than 20m away. The view was mind blowing and sound from the Ocean was splendid! The sight of the flamingoes and the swarm of tiny fishes making intermittent jumps cannot be described. It is a visual treat to be experienced.
Beyond the relaxing atmosphere, the next best part was the hospitality from the staff. It was courteous to see the general manager Mr. Ali, personally interacting with the guests. The staff are always ready to help with a smile, especially Ms Vidyanthi, who ensured we got what we needed. Also great service from Mr. Lahiru and Lakshan, all from SriLanka.
I would say, the buffet spread could be slightly improvised on all-inclusive, however the breakfast is top-notch. You can explore all kinds of activities, especially do not miss the boating/fishing experience.

Rates are reasonable and you will be happy for what you are paying. There pool is amazing and the access to the beach. Rooms needs some touch ups specially toilet. Pillow needs to be changed as its very old.

The villa is very nice. The place is away from the hustle and bustle. The vibes that this place had is amazing. The staff is also good. I will visit again.

WORST PLACE EVER

Exactly "PLACE", because it can't be called a hotel.
Stayed here for 1 night, run away early morning the next day after check-in.
Zero customer service, zerooo. Checked in by Yukta, who could not care less when we mentioned that my one of us is celebrating a birthday the next day. All what she said, that it is Friday and there is nobody to do a birthday set up (way more, they even didn't place any birthday note in the room). After check in I went to the reception again and said we are not happy with the room (was encountered by Forhad), all what he offered is a chargable upgradre, he didn't even try to do anything extra mile for special occasion.
Room was in horrible condition, molded walls, mirrors, damaged wooden parts of wardrobe, AC working with the noise like a construction track.
Breakfast selection was OK for a place like this, however some guests at the buffet was not wearing the gloves and the staff didn't interfere.
Check out was fast, lady was smiling and welcoming (not like the one during check - in).
Area of the hotel is super crowded, beach is dirty, no social distancing on the pool at all, very noisy as there is no proper walls insulation.
Will for sure never go back, the worst experience in my life related to hotels.

Very nice place, good facilities, perfect for families with kids, low fees for entrance which guarantees privacy.

Room was okay but had to struggle for basic things like toothbrush. At pool no towel was given & we had to go to the room weat. Many item displayed on the menu was not available like crab curry and chicken nuggets. This was told after 30 minutes.

Cool place for tourists, party and other trainings.there is all things available and service is very good

Nice place for staycation, BBQ and other water sports are great. There are swimming pools for adults and kids.

Nothing went well, First a very bad experience, we expect a dinner buffet but unfortunate it was cancelled, we were serve an ala carte menu with out serving any drinks.this is suppose to be a hospitality treatment which is that drinks (water or juice) is to be serve first. Note we came to have a great experience but turned out to be the opposite.

Room service: we called 10times as the floor of the room moisting
a lot and its slippery.but no one even attend our need of assistance.the value of money which we paid is suppose to matching with the service but it was a very disappointing experience.

الشاطيء يحتاج إلى تنظيف من الصخور المسننه والتي غالبا ما تكون مثل السكاكين وتكون جدا مؤذية خصوصا للأطفال ، عندما تطأ قدمك عليها ، وأستغرب من إدارة الفندق لماذا لم يتم تنظيف هذه الحجارة الخطيرة ، بالرغم من إن تنظيفها لا يحتاج مبالغ كبيرة ، ولكن الظاهر بأن سياسة المنتجع المال وليس راحة وسلامة العملاء.

Room overbooked. We booked for 3 got only 2. Had to stuff 3 families in two room. No communication from the staff before arrival. No need to waste time. Look elsewhere for good properties.

On the seashore with well managed ambience, this budget resort will be a best option for a weekend get together. They have a very good pool with life guard on duty and a kids pool around. Also they have an open bar counter facing the sea.

You have options to rent water bikes, Banana rides and guarded tour for crab hunting. Believe me crab hunting will be a lifetime experience for you. Once you have a decent catch the restaurant will make sure its ready for your dinner. Also they have lodging facility available on budget rates, though the rooms are bit old its managed well.

It was the Worst Experience we ever had in any hotels. The front line stafs can't manage the checkin process. Rooms are with stinky smells of sewage, bedbugs are in the size of cockroaches. Don't ever try this hotel.

Awesome place, we came here to spend our long weekend and enjoyed a lot. The plus points It's connected to beach, clean swimming pool, spacious rooms, nice BBQ station arrangement, huge landscape area beautiful and good food.we liked it

If it is in Dubai, you will have some good food selection and better service around it

Old management of flamingo are way far better compared now. I cant enjoy staying here now because i cant swim after 8pm no fun and cant swim like im only renting a normal hotel. The life guard even in a hurry to finish his duty and he close the pool and put chemical at 7: 35pm. Will not extend my nights in here.

Don’t want to be negative but in 10 years in UAE and regular traveling and visiting all Emirates UAQ is our favorite. Visited almost all resorts and this one was shocking bar experience!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT THE MONEY.

Don’t want to start with reasons as list could be long. Really POOR POOR experience it’s not enjoyable at all. Also Covid is long gone in this venue, there was 0 restrictions and lots of people!

General Manager Ali keeps wowing us or rather wooing us to come over again and again. My daughters fav go to resort for crab hunting followed by them getting cooled to her choice, along with the pool and kids play area. Throw in a half board plan of Breakfast and Dinner with a BBQ lunch of your own at their BBQ pit setup and you are in the best staycation place. Dont get misled by their Hotel star rating, unless your plan is to hangout in the room all day long this is a very "very" good place to go for short 2-3 day break. Great smiley and courteous service team. Kudos to all!

Its a nice resort. We went there for day use of pool & beach. Enjoyed the place and the pool. Its a quiet place from the busy outskirts. The place felt like very moist due to nearby beach. It costs 63 AED/ Adult for the day use of pool and beach. The price is high for day use only.

Rooms are below average. Little slow with house keeping n all, phones, Ac, door lock didn’t work, Management is kinda rude, but they did let us party in the night so all in all average experience.

Beautiful place, crab hunting was an amazing experience.great hospitality.overall it was great.

The resort is good. Staff are also good. The resort is well maintained. Rooms are spacious enough for a big family. Their restaurant "waves restaurant" is offering yummy food with different cusinie. The only problem is with the type of guests coming here. Few guests are consuming liquors in open areas and their behavior is not at all acceptable. On alcoholic dose they were partying with loud music that's causing disturbance to other guests. The resort management must take a note of this and imopose strict guidelines for every guest.

The added feature here is crab hunting. It's really a pleasant experience. Their staff who's accompanying us for crab hunting is very friendly and highly helpful in hunting.

I also would like to give 4 * to their swimming pool.

Friendly staff and good location. Problem for vegetarian people as they don't use different kitchen appliances for preparing food for vegetarian and non vegetarian.

Some lovely activities here, like rowing to flamingo island but a bit pricey! Very laid back family resort, good over the winter climes as a nice pool bar!
