Ideal driving Institute

Nobody is answering the call ive been calling for 30 minutes now and still nobody can answer i have inquiry and im waiting to speak to somebody before going to institute to save time but like this is more wasting time

For everyone in UAE, passing the licence test is a big dream. My sincere thanks go out to Mr. Ajith, my instructor. As a teacher, he provides me with excellent instruction. It was very nice of him to communicate with me efficiently and give me great feedback, which led me to pass. It's something I recommend to everyone, and I've already told all my friends to do the same. I appreciate his support a lot. I gave Sweden four tests, all of which failed. I finally changed my file to Ideal. This was my second test, which I passed.

Very bad customer service. We cannot reach them on phone for any enquiry. Trying for 4 days now to get a road test fee structure.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Ibrahim from Tamil Nadu. He taught me a lot of things about road rules and regulations. He instructions are quite helpful. He's amazing as an instructor. I got my license finally. Thank to Ideal driving Institute for keeping Tamil instructor.

This was the best experience I have ever had. My instructor Mr. Ajith was very nice and communicated efficiently with great feedback which led me to pass on the first attempt. Called twice waited for more than ten min finally somebody picks up and all of a sudden the receptionist hung up on me twice when asked for details.

I saw somuch positive review for anil sir.sorry to say that.me and somany of my friends got bad experience from him.he is not teaching anything for test pass. Everytime just playing with his phone.he behave rude at men's and soft with ladies.he is not teaching even to look the mirror correctly.very very bad experience.waste of my 10 classes.

They are just the worst.super slow. 2 months and I haven't even touched a car yet, every small process they make you wait 1 month! Who ever is reading this, you don't know me but please save yourself from this NIGHTMARE, JUST HORRIBLE!

I paid registration fees and waiting since long time. But there is no reply from them. I was calling for follow-up for update but their team don't have any answer. Also giving me excuses.

Class timing 9: 00 to 10: 00 am but nobody Available for giving class really very very bad services I'm suggest don't come to ideal institute school check another one is better then this institute.

Waste of time waste of money even some instructor don't give properly education and very very bad management.

Too much bad services in ideal school institute. Yesterday I commit class for today 1/112021 on time I call to instructor but he don't know someone waiting for class even school management didn't inform to instructor. So poor management of ideal institute school.
Just for lillte thing wait minimum 1 hour some times more.

I would like to thank to Mr. Anil, he is one of the best trainer, I have passed in the first test. Also I got very useful safe driving tips. I recommend him for others. But the driving school is not helped to complete the formalities after passing the test to get the license.

I am really thankful to Mr. Satvir Singh for being a wonderful instructor. I got my license in the first attempt with his efforts. He is an outstanding instructor and taught me with patience.

second problem never the call to update my driving test I am the one always I call and ask my date

Third problem 12/11/19 I was feel the taste they give me the next taste date in January
16/11/19 I pad extra money and I asked the reception to put my date near and this reception people tell me
they will call and they will tell me next driving date no one.call me until till now
23/11/19 I call them and I ask which day my driving test they told me e my file was not getting updated
they they told me e 24/11/19 pro they will go personally and they will take my driving test date personality
