Very very poor quality kfc. I went today to eat kfc they given last day chicken and it having bad smell also. We can't eat that one. We reported to customer service of kfc but they didn't replied for this issue.customer service of kfc is also very bad. We are paying money but why they are doing like this?

Very bad customer service, after giving order it took 35 minutes to give the food. The explanation was no chicken is available.

I ordered a meal for my daughter and Rizo Rice meal for me. When the order arrived the Rizo meal doesn't have chicken so I have to go back to the counter. After giving me the meal with the chicken, it looks like how it was in the picture, plus it was only half the bowl. I didn't have time to argue because I was very hungry. The same night I ordered Rizo meal in KFC Umm al Quwain (the one along with the branch of Pizza Huta, Krispy Kreme and Hardee's), it was nicely prepared and the quantity is also very different. The time I visited both branches is different from each other, it was both busy the times I visited, but there was a difference in the service received.

We ordered to take away. Food was nice fresh and hot and cooked well and actually tasted very good. Best KFC in UAQ from this branch!

We ordered the bucket and requested for spicy. Unfortunately it wasn't spicy, tasteless. Felt there wasn't basic salt too.

It was very sumtious having lunch over there, their services were polite and homely despite the restrictions on covid-19, the meals were neatly packaged.
