Terrible staff. No longer what it used to be. Simply refused to accept an order for iced latte that I wanted to be blended in the blender. The place has coffee, ice, milk, and blenders.but no will to make the experience excellent. Review posted at 13: 37 PM, on 07 Jan 2024while sitting inside the outlet.

They take 3 hours to deliver the order and they keep lying to the customer that the order is on the way

Tried the spicy mcnuggets, they are fine until you get the aftertaste in your mouth.aftertaste ruins all the taste and made me lose my appetite

لاطعم ولا لون ولا رائحة والاكل اكلتو معفن والدجاج او اللحم تحس تاكل دولاب سيارة وبخلاء بالبرجر

They messed up all my order!

I ordered cheese burger with mayo only i ended up having a burger without cheese

The crew there needs training on orders

Very beautiful places. Wonderful ambience, outside sitting area, kids playing area. It's more than just usual Macdonald.

It is a good spacious place right on the highway

Not much crowded very friendly for kids

My house is 12 min from restaurant and still refuse to deliver orders, If I could rate you without stars

The place is good but needs to be reviewed at the entrances to the restaurant. The entrance is always crowded, and the entrance is narrow and the parking lot behind the restaurant is tight.

Nice place for dine in.
I rated 4 stars because of the parking placement.
It is risky for the little kids since you need to walk in front of the cars in the drive through.

You should do something about it.

All time favourite Best kid's meals & they never get tired of Happy meals which comes with toys for sure

Worst Mcdonald’s branch in UAE so far
And the worst management as well
Order was made @ 8: 20 they said it will arrive @ 9: 10.after I made a complaint to the customer service they called me @ 10: 10 and saud will send the food now
Even if you go for the drive thru you will wait for longer time than other branches

Clean and tidy staff very helpful they have playground. The location little beds difficult to access if you are coming from salama area.

The cleanest McDonald's I have ever visited, well laid out, good service and new products that are not in other branches ️

Based on my experience this place always had some sort of issues. And understand most of the things are not under staff control but the staff over there always act clueless or more stressed when something goes wrong. The food is the same as in all McDonald's

This is my favorite Mcdo place! Not because its far but its isolated area, not crowded, and different ambiance. They also have their own playground for kids.

I visit Mac Drive and I like the service so much, place very clean, stuff so friendly and patient, when I can’t login my Mac app then when was done, girl so polite in answer and don’t make me hurry up

No wonder why they are one of the top names in the world good options for the breakfast but in the morning was very cold in their store then preferred to set outdoor

Excellent restaurant clean and the staff is very nice we can find all different kind of food from the Burger to the breakfast and everything is still well cooked

Cool place however the parking slots is only 4 so if it's a busy day and u want to eat in
it will be difficult but it wont be troublesome its staff and workers are all good people

Nice and different. They have plenty of available parkings and an area for kids to play. Looks like an entertainment place where you can take your kids and family to enjoy the weekend.

Outside sitting area. They also paid a lot of attention to details and planted a lot of beautiful flowers. Drive through is available.
