Always process my insurance on time and if any difficulties to get approval, mostly evening time approval get delayed and nobody can’t help with that. We go home and they will do their job and inform us once approved…

I'm very upset with a guy name MOHAMMED MRISAD. I'm pregamt and needed a medicine so called the pharmacy and took approval under the claim form, and clearly told the girl that my husband will collect it in the night around 8pm. She was fine and didn't inform me anything. When my husband went in the evening to collect medicine insurance declined due to non collection for long period. My husband was waiting for 45 mins to collect my medicine and asked MRISAD to call insurance. MRISAD replied rudely, why your wife didn't come in the morning to collect the medicine, she should have taken a taxi and could come, now it's taking so much time. You are wasting your time and mine too. I mean, how can you talk to somebody like that. I'm currently pregant and facing few difficulties in this period and not been able to travel much. Why don't you do your own job, how can you blame your customers in this way. Either your manager should teach you some manners or you should work in this field, where you need a lot patience. Or you should quit your job and do a desk job. I'm never ever gonna visit MEDICOM PHARMACY specially because of MOHAMMED MRISAD behaviour. I can't accept this kinda rude behaviour towards me or anybody. Shame on you and learn some manners first, then find a suitable job. Dughhhhhhhhh

My family had a very bad experience from last 1 year.they are very bad in giving service for insurance, claims will not approve fast as other pharmacies and after bad customer they will say like medicine out of stock and not listed.

Even we have took services from other pharmacies also, no other customer relation issues or bad experience was there.

And they had a very poor relationship service in the store - irresponsible.nobody will take responsibility of what happend.

So please be careful with this pharmacy, if you require the medicine fast and urgently, requesting you to contact other pharmacies in the town.
