تجربتي كانت سيئة جداً وياهم ، زادو علي 450 درهم على سعر القطع مقارنة بالمحلات الثانيه ، نصيحة تأكدو من الاسعار فالمحلات الثانية قبل ما تشترون شي من عندهم

Iam Honoured to share my experience with amazing Milan auto spare parts shop.
A month back, visited lady of arabia church next to shop.
An inner voice in my heart told me to ask them for spair parts for my car.
As i entered shop, Mr mokhtar Nd his team welcomed me.
Warmth, friendliness, positive vibes as i entered shop.
Explained my lack of experience in car maintenance, fact that my 4 by 4 suv company left uae.
On spot Mr mokhtar took ownership
Took charge of my zero knowlege
A. Advised me about all catigories in market.
B. Volunteered to take responsibility.
C. Got all parts ready.
D. Recomended an experienced mechanic that he trusted from positive customers feedback.
E.knew my sincere vulnerability so he would drive daily to mechanics shop to check on suv status.
F. Calls me back to update me, knowing he is a sales spare parts shop, not a mechanic, so once you buy parts, you already paid so he is not obliged to drive or check on mechanic shop, yet he did, simply cs i said in exact words that i do trust him.
G. All his extra mile, steps, follow ups, are completely free of charge, not obliged to do, it's his sincere empathetic persona & his team, brand personification of honesty.
H. He made sure that car is perfect.

Felt completely happy with the good quality auto parts service they provided n quick deliveries. Prices were good too.
