MUD KITCHENS CARPENTRY

Really disappointed. First of all they took 4-5 days to reply to my original request, then I waited additional days for a confirmation or price. However, I explained I was in unplanned emergency labor in hospital about to have c-section and they were sending me quotations and calling me for confirmation to proceed. Finally they contact me 2 weeks later at 2:00am to tell me they will deliver next day between 2-5pm. I waited all day and then they cancelled at 6pm and asked to reschedule. I’m sure the work is great but communication is terrible and lets everything down.

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had. The lady who answers the phone is rude. They’ve had to come multiple times to fix the bookcase tree to fit the space although they assessed it previously. And now after buying the mattresses for the bunk bed they made, it doesn’t fit! They didn’t allow for any room for the mattress to go in! Everytime I try to get in touch with them it takes forever and I never know if they’ll call me back. It’s been a horrific experience and we spent a fortune. I’m so upset.

Ordered a bed for my daughter and the quality is fantastic. Thanks so much guys, we’re delighted with it and so is she.

Ordered a mud kitchen for my daughter, it originally came in a slightly different color than ordered but their customer service was so good that I didn’t mind. They collected it within an hour of me calling and then delivered it back in the right color a couple of days later. Guys who delivered were really nice. The mud kitchen is really beautiful, seems like great quality too! Definitely would recommend.

Before you make a purchase they chase you every day and after you make the purchase they have very poor response for weeks I have been asking for simple questions and they don’t have the courtesy to reply back. This says a lot about the company ethics. Shame and I don’t recommend them.

Ordered the Montessori bed and. OMG. Amazing high quality, and smooth and soft edges and very sturdy, wonderful customer service and delivery guys are efficient and clean and nice
All screws are covered too
