The refurbished area is amazing. I have been dealing with Wilson for all my requests and he is such a customer service oriented staff.

Very nice experience dealing with Mr. Ammar Mando Nissan UAQ Branch. He is very nice and supporting person who guided me well so I took a best decision for me. Really appreciate his efforts from day 1 to till today (delivery date).

Had a great experience here at Nissan showroom while buying Xtrail with a friend. Store incharge Mr Ammar was very courteous and friendly from the time we started the enquiry till the delivery. He kept us posted with the progress of our order. Thank you Mr Ammar and Nissan.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Wilson from Nissan Service center. Very kind and supportive approach!

I have given for safety check service, I asked them to check drive belt as well. They said all good. Only break they changed with disc. After 1 week my vehicle drive belt issue started. I never recommend this service center for nissan service. Also I have booked car on August till today no update. Very poor service. There is no tracking facility of the car delivery update.

Another bad case with the Nissan dealership in Umm Al Quwain made me hate Nissan as a car brand.
I deposited my car for maintenance after an accident that I caused. It became clear to me that the agency did not adhere to the necessary transparency.
They promised me that the car would be delivered within a week. They did not tell me the cost of maintenance. They imposed on me the de facto policy that they called me after two weeks that I had to pay an amount of money that I could not.
I ended up having to buy another car. I will never go back to them again. I will go to another agency. I will never take my business to them again.

I was denied the right to claim a reduction in the cost of maintenance; they did not respond to my emails or voicemails; and they did not even bother to apologise for the inconvenience. I have never had a worse experience with a car brand. I will never go back to them as a customer and I will share my experience with others in order to keep them away from them. I visited Nissan showroom in Sharjah and no one of Staff's responded to my request as if I wasn't there.

But my bad luck, I visited the Nissan showroom in Umm Al Quwain, the staff's was kind but cunning and dishonest according to my dealings with car dealerships around the world. I know that the dealership is the one who takes care of registering the car in traffic and receiving the license plates. What happened to me was otherwise. The staff called me late on Thursday second of September and asked me to go to the traffic offices to collect the license plates, he already knowing that the office is closed due to the end of business hours.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with a Nissan dealer.

I am really happy with the Customer service provided by the showroom manager Mr. Kishor. All the process from selling my old Sentra car to buying the new X-Trail 2021 went smoothly. With Mr. Kishor's involvement, the entire process was completed in a very short time and I received my new X-Trail on time.

I would like to thank the entire Nissan team for their excellent service and especially Mr. Kishor for his dedication towards the customer satisfaction.

اشكر مدير الفرع امتياز على معاملته الراقيه شخص في قمت التواضع انا شخصيا اتعامل معه من 18 سنه حينما كان عامل في قسم السيرفس الان مدير ماشاء الله عليه انصحكم فيه يا اهل ام القيوين انا اتعناله من الشارقة والله
