Palma Beach Resort

Recently we had great experience there. The architecture and vibe of this place is really amazing. They had live barbeque area there so u can carry your own stuff of barbeque things and enjoy. Additional point goes to pool facility which includes baby pool, kids pool with small rides, adult pool. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were also good and the sea view from room was just amazing. U can surely give it a try.

Great place to escape from the busy &noisy city. Sea side, with sun beds on the shoreline, kids pool and two other nice pools, the food is decent, staff very friendly and professional. Barbecue area available, some water sports and bowling center, spa and gym can make this place a nice venue for a family holiday. It’s quiet and private, can use a bit of refurbishment here and there but overall a good value

This is a good venue for outdoor barbecue specially during cold season. Amenities are currently outdated must need to refurbished other than that this place is a good place for family outdoor activities.

The place need deep renovation, as the furniture is old and some cracks on the walls of the chalets

Very bad experience. Swimming pool is so dirty, Rude receptionist, etc.
Never recommend it at all.

I have been trying to reach the resort for a reservation but for some reason they pick up the call and just hang up the line without answering I don't understand how they are so careless! I can now expect the level of service I will be getting if I went there

3star resort, good place to visit during winter, enjoy water sports which is available at less cost

We had been to the bowling centre of Palma beach resort. The area was neatly kept with good amenities. They have bowling arena, PlayStation arena, billiards and pools arena and arcade games arena. A fun place that fits into the budget.

I did not enjoy at all the faming complex was loaded not enough activities i am very disappointed

Been a while since my visit to this place. It felt good to be back in a long time but I strongly feel the place needs an upgrade in the rooms considering they are almost a few years old. Overall affordable prices and awesome pool activities. Nearby places is the Mall of UAQ, and the zoo.

It was very experience for me there, no hospitality and no professionalism. If we call no one will answer. Pool not clean. Pool is just OK. See view rooms not good, No buffet, break fast only room delivery, it was not worthy.just one extra bottle water charging 10 aed. I never recommend to anyone for this resort.

Nice pool access, reasonably priced, 60 AED for adults and 30 AED for kids up to 10 years. We serviced showers toilets, and mini store,

Funny at the reception helped us a lot for our last minute booking. The villa has a huge living room perfect for big families. We can bbq. Ac works fine. Kitchen does not have gas but it has been specified during the booking

وسعره مبالغ في والاجراءات والمعاملة اعطيهم زيرو بدلنا غرفتين كل غرفه فيها مشكله نفس المكيف والتلفزيون والاضاءة وشاور الحمامات وما انصح لانهم ماديين اذا بتدخل سياره زياده ادفع على كل سياره 30 درهم واذا تاخرت اكثر من 15 دقيقه في الخروج بيحسبون عليك يوم اضافي

لايوجد خصوصية ،يسمح بالجميع المرور امام فلتك الخاصه ،الاثاث قديم جدا والمبنى متهالك وروائح المجاري في كل مكان ،اسعارهم مبالغ بها على ابسط الاشيا التي من المفترض ان تكون متوفرة مثل المياه ،البطانيات والشراشف ،البحر غير صالح للسباحة ،تم احتجاز بطائقنا التعريفيه والسبب ان فوطة صغيرة كانت مفقودة ،تعامل الموظفين غير لطيف ،صباحا تم التنويه على وقت خروجنا قبل الموعد المفترض فيه خروجنا.

I expected the place for bowling to be bigger, but it was fun. Its a nice place to visit with a group of friends, many activities to do

The good thing in Palma that you can bring your own food and rent a shisha to your balcony, also your car parking is right next your stay
The beach is dirty and you can never think every to walk in there nor swim
The pool in the beach is out of service
The other pool is not that clean, also its closed with strips where you need to get down underneath it to be able to access the pool or jump above it

Affordable sheesha, friendly staff, when busy with crowds you will have to wait for your turn to be served, apart from that it's got good food as well.

A good 0lace to relax. Indoor sports activity give 4 star rating along with excellent sitting place with family and friends to gather and enjoy.

Receptionist need more training in hospitality.no one helped us in carrying our luggage.
Stairs of the executive suites are risky and suitable for kids

Its ok bad thing is we asked the receptionist what time the pool would close they said 12AM but guard came at, 11: 00pm told us pool was close but the guard only told us not other people there were other people in the pool they had alcohol they were drunk and very loud

No doubt this property is amazing. What I really liked is the entrance which gives you a feel like Egypt.

Secondly the check-inn and check-out procedure is very simple and quick which is very much appreciated.

I was interacting with Hassan and I must say that it gives me a feel that he is a true hotelier as he has always given attention and customised my needs which made my stay very pleasant.

Being a hotelier it becomes very difficult to write such constructive feedback as expectations are high, however Hassan has made it very clear and this is one of the reason which made me to choose this hotel and come again.

I must say, this property comes with a very good swimming pool and beach is amazing and clean.

Right from Front Office, House Keeping, Engineering, FnB, Security all are goòd in their role.

Definately, a very good place for entire family hangouts, seems safe and secure and moreover you can do barbeque at beach side.

We did Sunrise Kayaking for Aed60 (includes a breakfast basket). An amazing 1hr experience. Parking available. Great ambience. Cranes and other birds flying around.

Love this place, it's very peaceful and the food here is amazing I specially love the shrimp Biryani.

الخدمه سيئه جدا جدا و تعامل السكيورتي عند الباب سيئ جدا و يوم تتصل يقول الحين جاي و يجي بعد ٥ الى ٩ ساعات او يسحب و اذا اتصلت مره ثانيه يسحب عليك او يقول الحين جاي و يسحب و التعامل سيئ جدا و مزعج و البحر غير نظيف

This is so far the worst experience me and my family had. Starting from the outdated furniture and low maintained facilities, and to top it off we could not sleep for the whole night because of the partying of guests all over the hotel like it's a new year with no respect for other guests. We literally had to call the security but no luck and we had to pack our stuff and go home.
Congrats Palma Beach for being the worst experience in the UAE 8f not in the world.
If you thinking to book a hotel in UAQ, please DON'T and I repeat DON'T book this low class hotel.

مكان جميل و مناسب للاسترخاء ويوجد به كوفي و مكان للشيشه و منيو يحتوي ع انواع مشكله من الطعام و مساحات خارجيه وداخليه و يصلح ان يستاجر للمبيت و هناك قوارب للرياضات البحريه و الزخرفه الفرعونيه والتماثيل ابداع في البناء

Food and drink are below average, i don't know why the management not considered that from long time other wise they have nice view

Excellent customer service, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was neat clean and view was great took sea side view.

One of my favorite resort in UAE. If you book villa you get private BarBQ area. I will recommend this place for families or groups.

Worst reception and room service. I called 5 times asking for wifi password and 6 times to get a baby cot and they take hours to respond.

انا زرت المكان اكثر من مرة بس بسبب انه المنظر والشاليهات لطيفة ولكن المعاملة سيئة جدا، اولا حجزت عن طريق التلفون و تفاجأت لما وصلت انهم لغوا الحجز، السيارات الكهربائية منظر ولا لتساعد بنقل الزبائن، ثالثا حتى لو بأيام الاسبوع وبوقت كورونا والمكان اصلا فاضي بيلزمو الناس تدفع اكسترا اذا اكتر من سيارتين دخلو مع العلم اني اجيت اكتر من مرة و باختصار شديد لا يوجد تقدير للمقيمين بالفندق ابدا

Pool is superb.breakfast is also very nice and good service but we cannot get into beach.and water is also not at al clear

Pristine view of the sea, and gorgeous swimming pools.spacious villas.food (both breakfast/dinner) quality definitely needs an improvement.

Good place in uaq for a weekend. Have nice restaurant, gym and pool area. Also have nice gaming center which includes bowling, snooker and online games.

Palma is always great choice for staycations over weekend. Sea view rooms are great with your own bbq facility. Staff is very helpful. Some good water sports activities also available. They have one wooden chalet which is great for groups. By the way they improved their breakfast and now great options.

They have an unbelievable location and view but they have the worst facilities/management possible.

Poor bathrooms. Poor service. Fine if u just need a place to crash or looking for a nice day at the beach. Beautiful views

One of our best hangout location. It’s convenient for having a get together. We used to go there with friends, usually book a villa and have Barbecue. Have lot of freedom. The place can be a a little better in terms of cleanliness. The morning sun raise i always cherish.

Most economical resort in UAE. Rates are too good for the facilities they offer. Only drawback is that the main pool is not temperature controlled.

Amiable resort, well maintained and houses many facilities. The Chalets by the beach side are well done up and the pool side villas are spacious and neat. The place is inspired by Egyptian designs and is wonderful to spend a staycation. Palma has a good games arcade that has bowling and snooker. Guests can opt for Spa services as well. The restaurant serves above average food and there is a separate Shisha lounge too.

The place is amazing the pool is great and they got a bowling ally + volleyball court as well as basketball only issue is when you come with more than 2 to 3 cars hard to find a place to park your car

Pool waster was cold. Towels were not ready after check in. Next room was noisy with crazy music until 5am. Poice also came but nobody could stop their crazy party. My son woke up so many times and cried due to this unbelievable noise. Just horrible.to pay 2000 for one night.

Peace and quiet. Safety and cheerful staff. Ideal to take the entire family and friends to this spot.

Location, architecture and facilities were good. Rooms are big, with big bathrooms and all necessary amenities. Nice and big pools-however, children's pool was not temperatures controlled and water was really cold. Big gaming arena with bowling, snooker and video game arcade, reasonably priced. Seesha bar on the floating restaurant was a good experience in the night. Complimentary breakfast had a good speed of bread, pastries and Indian/Arabic items. Staff are courteous. One major thing missing is a bar serving alcoholic beverages. Overall, good for a family weekend stay

Too much noise from partying people during the night (till late at 4 AM) + many rooms are having a low quality furniture except few that are refurbished. If you hope to rest during the night forget about it. On the positive note the staff is very helpful and food is decent also.

Had a awesome time 1 day and night great view beside the beach. Swimming pools for family kids & bechlor. Tasty food at Palma restaurant. Service is also very good.
