Sweden driving Institute good very helpful my driving teacher sir awais interesting and good trainer

Many thanks for sweden institute.i appreciate all the hard work of the team.in side the office and outside.special great for my trainer Mrs. Fadaa she's really very good and i succeed from the first try because of her care and rules.really it's the best institute with best team work.all the employees inside very kind and friendly and helpful.thanks alot?

الحمدلله ، من افضل المعاهد الموجوده في امارة ام القيوين و التعامل جدا بسيط و سهل ، نجحت في كل اختباراتي من اول مره مع الاستاذه فضاء.
I had a very good experience with ms.fadaa she was very helpful and understanding of each girl and her strengths and weaknesses, I advise anyone who is willing and wanting to learn in a very good driving institution to not hesitate and start with this institution

Though i got my licence from here on 1st attempt, i would not recommend this institute to new learners. Communication is not clear and you need to approach them for every update. Staff needs to learn professionalism.
Trainers depend who you get but most of them try to give you more classes and it becomes expensive.

The instructor I chose was the reason for my failure in my third attempt. He was the one who trained me last 2 times and after a gap of one year when I came back he have to train me well like a new student. But instead he was very careless during traing period. He is always playing in mobile and not bothered what I am doing. I know the reason for that. I booked my training time from the office and when I asked the instructor he said another timings. I said I am not free at that time and i need the same time. He didn't like that and he deliberately waisted my entire 5 hours and money.

Best driving school.

The way of teaching Is awesome

Disorganized and no communication between the staff. They are just after your payment. They just keep on collecting money from the students for very unprofessional service. They even collected twice payment for my exam no proper records.when im asking for refund they refused to give my money back. Unorganized scheduling. Next day will be your classes and they will inform you in 30mins only.

I dont even want to give them 1. Much better would be 0

Dont ever go here very bad service, training center, and policy, if i can rate this zero i will

i suggest ideal driving uaq better or other center

ما في مهنية و المعاملة سيئة و المدربين صابرين مثل المديرين يتصرفو بكل حرية. و ماو في حد يحل مشاكل عشان بعد الساعة عشر المدير يكون مو موجود. و بعد تسهيل خدمة تقديم علرخصة صاير زحمة و بس همهم فلوس. يعني حتى جدول ما في ولما اعترضت ملامح وجهه اتغيرت كأني عملت شي حرام يعني لازم امشي على كيفه او بيكون مغلوب علي و ورقة تسجيل حصص ما في
قلي كلم المدرب اتفث معاه امتى فاضي عشان يعطيك حصص يعني ادفع فلوس و بعدين لما يفضالي المدرب بيعطيني حصص بصرف المكالمات و يصرف بعد مواصلات عشان الموقع بعيد. ولا بعد المدرب قال انت جيت متاخر سجلتك غياب يعني ادفع فلوس عشان اتسجل غياب. والله ما اقدر اوصف حجم التذمر اللي داخلي لها المكان. لو تبغي تخسر فلوسك روح هناك.
Im really disappointed about this institute. Nothing is professional. Service is very bad.and the place is very crowded. If you get any issue you will not find any one to talk with after 10am.if you want to lose your money just go there.

I am not pretty much concerned with the Admin side of the institute my issue was with the instructor i realized they just want to finish their work regardless of how much the student has learned today. Like, when i watched youtube videos and got in the car with my family members and watching their instructions to me I was amazed of how easy it would have been if my instructor used that simple approach, there was no approach whatsoever all i learned was random instructions thrown here and there and by the end of my 10 hours and most of the instructions were given to me (left, right and straight) the instructor kept on telling me you are improving but last days i did not feel it until i failed and went for another instructor and that instructor told me that even me changing lanes is wrong and my turns were horrible and out of control and i was given an explanation of how and why things work i regretted the time i wasted maybe i might have failed anyways but at least i would have had learned more now i feel like i am starting from scratch.

Kindly do not overwhelm your instructors with many students as this will have an impact on their performance and temper and all that will affect the students learning process.

Focus on the quality not the quantity those who pass right away they must have been practicing with their families or they have a natural talent as this kind of instructors wont go further with improving the student skills.
