I have worst experience with school
Staff, the cashier lady taking 1person more than half hour and very arrogant behave with parents, no proper arrangement for bus pick and drop to children
And to discuss small topic we need to wait for more than 1hr.

I am writing to express my concern about the school cashier. While I think that the school, teachers and other staff are amazing, I have had some negative experiences with the cashier. She is very arrogant and does not know how to behave in a professional manner.
I understand that it is difficult to select qualified personnel for this job, but I am curious as to why she was selected by your management team.

كانت تجربه جيدة المعلمات والادارة
ولكن الشيء السيء عندما يكون هناك صداقات بين المعلمات والسوبر فايزر مع احد او مجموعة من الامهات بصير في تمييز حتى لو كان الطالب اقل مستوى من غيره من الطلاب كان ابني اون لاين وشاهدت هذا بنفسي هاد كان كتيييير عيب وخصوصا ان بعض الطلاب انظلمت بالتقييم النهائي وكنت متفاجئة عندما قرأت الاسماء انهم من ضمن العشر الاوائل ب الصف وهنن ماكانو يعرفو يقرأو حتى للاسف

All teachers are the best especially arabic teacher duaa she so kind and clever. Always helpful and she explains the information.to the student smoothly and easily

Management is very slow in everything.
My experience: class teacher didn't take the absent correctly which cost me one month fee.
Many schools better than English school
When I want to speak to manager, they informed me that he is not available and no other manager position now.
Only they want money, also the teachers are not qualified, the worst manar you will see from the accountant lady specially while speaking by the phone, if she is not agree with you she will hang-up the phone.

This is school which i will never forget best memories teachers and stuff.organised and prepared and totally up to the mark i loved every single teacher and tutor that guide me to the right learning and enhanced quality from my six years in school and to the university. I just want to say THANK YOU >. Especially SILVY TEACHER and WARGY SIR
