I curses the HR who hired these bunch of lazy idiots.
They pretending like sending chandrayan to moon.
We promptly paying our hard earns money every month and still we have to learn how to wait unnecessarily till these idiot calls calls.

The Dubai government have to adopt departments servy to get customers feedback. And charge penalties for their next renewal payment voucher.

They have 15above customers every time yet only 4 sets to wait.
Rest 11 have to wait standing to their turn.
Only 4 sets waiting area & huge lighting decor interior is for this much huge client based corporate.

I personally & strongly think/ believes that DU have to upgrade itself. Only its app upgrade is not enough.

DU disconnected my connection even though registered/renewed id nearly 4 times. Not only DU disconnected but also took away all available balance in mobile number. Refused to take up the complain knowing their fault. Finally raised the issue at TDRA and than DU returned the balance money. Staff do not have customer service at Century Mall & utmost rude Al Twar Centre branch.

I taken e-sim from your century mall office! They charged for 21 dirhams and i paid 25 dirhams but they donot given my balance 4 dirhams! They said no change! Otherwise they donot give e-sim! The staffs are very rude behaviour!

Worst costumer service all the counter keep talking each other Costumer waiting in queue as they call in customers as they want! And not professional at all with customer matters! Imagine customer service agent telling the customer to call their call center for help while he is inside the customer care center himself!

Noticed such delays in answering tokens, staff playing with mobiles while que outside waiting for their turns.
Suggest to visit other stores to save your time guys.

Is it possible to make voice louder in all areas regarding their services, and their unnecessary charges on customers.
It is getting overall responds from all corner of UAE that DU services are not proper and charges they are making wantedly

Highly unprofessional company. They deactivated my services by stating that my visa has been expired which is not true as I still hold a valid visa. It shows that they don't even maintain proper record of their customers. It's a shame.

For the renewal, I was waiting for 50 minutes then I figured out they are not following the token number! Worst place ever! I decided to change my number to Etisilat immediately!

I'm sorry that I couldn't rate them negative.
I wasted my time as on website they allowed me to book an appointment but when I reached the counter after waiting.
I was informed that they're not serving businesses here.

So the team handling website don't know that they don't have staff to manage operations.

Extremely disappointed.
Please chose any network with better customer service.

Run for your life from this place, utterly un professional and very rude to customers.
Today I visited this place for a sim swap, a 10 minute job, there are two counters that are open. In one counter there is a customer engaged in some hot discussions with the man in the counter and another non uniformed person who later identified himself as an agent. The discussions on that counter never ends.the other counter is now only the functioning one. People keep on coming in and soon the place has at least 10 persons waiting. It was 50 minutes past my arrival to the place, so I asked the plain clothed agent about the delay, to my shock his reply was to go out, as by law only 4 persons are allowed inside. I replied, I am here for last one hour, you should ask the people who came after me to leave and not me.he shrugged and said that's the law.
Meanwhile the counter that was occupied by one customer for more than one hour finally freed up, and my token was called. So luckily I didn't get myself thrown me out of the place. The uniformed agent in the counter, said good afternoon, to which I replied, it's not a good afternoon for me having to wait so long. He took great offence in that and started to make hostile comments towards me. He had the patience to engage with a customer for more than one hour but cannot take me saying its not a good afternoon for me. As my whole energy was drained by now, I just let it be and took the hostile attitude.
What could have been done better, the plain clothed agent could have helped by taking one of the free counter and eased up the crowd.
The customer who occupied the counter for more than one hour could have been taken to another room and continued the discussion allowing the counter to function.
On the whole they could have done a lot better in managing the crowd and being nice to people. These kind of service standards are not acceptable in Dubai. I have the names of the rude staffs and if Du contact me I can provide it.

Horrible service. After a long wait I was attended to. I bought a tourist sim. The agent said it will be activated shortly but it never got activated at all. I had to buy another from elsewhere. Avoid this place.

This is first connection with du I had to wait for half an hour and agent was unprofessional she kept saying go to Mirdiff branch I was in Deira City Center branch and he advised me to go to Dubai Mall Branch. I tried to call the customer service center and had to wait for half an hour

Pathetic! The du employees take 40 to 45 mins per customer (can't imagine why!)
So if you want to kill 3~4 hours, visit this center

Very few staff at counter to attend to customers. Always the people have to wait in queues for long times to get attended to. Even though 5 counters are available, always DU staff is available at 2 counters only.

Would not recommend anyone to opt any of their services.

They have the worst customer service.first I book their sim online for a 50 dhs plan of internet and talk time.and when I actuvate it I get zero balance and it took me 4 days of travelling to their offices and calling support team to get the 50 dhs as talktime with no data.
2.they charge for 6.5 dhs a value added service which I never even subscribed.and they tell me they will refund me in 24 days.and I still haven't received any.
Going to port to etisalat

5 staff in total, two of them standing by the door chatting and the other 3 taking their time when assisting customers.

The time here shown is 2: 00 pm opening on friday but still not opened the franchise here in century mall.when i asked from somebody nearby he said that on friday it’s opening 3: 00 pm.

The customers doesn't allow to take tickets and if even take tickets they will call quickly and say wait. It's happened for me at least 4 times. So. Iam commenting This. Please apply more good staffs to enhance your company. A sad du business customer
