This is one of the smallest terminals in Dubai. There is always some delays to be expected here.

There are information signs everywhere, a good number of service desks, and services are good, but the severe crowding requires travelers to arrive early, at least two hours before the flight. Be close to the boarding gate written on your ticket because the call sound is low. I wish a safe travel and arrival for everyone.

Recently traveled with family through Dubai Airport Terminal II, to Calicut, India. The terminal was modern, clean, and efficiently designed, making my journey smooth and stress-free.

I didn't encounter any significant delays or hassles, which allowed me to proceed to my gate without any issues.

The terminal had variety of dining and shopping options, ranging from fast-food outlets to sit-down restaurants, as well as duty-free shops.

They exhibited a high level of customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for passengers.

One notable aspect was the cleanliness of the terminal. This terminal was not busy or crowded and less walkable thank others Dubai Terminal I and III.

Policewoman took 2 souvenir bottle openers from my hand luggage saying that they aren't allowed on board but just 20m from the x-ray machine, in duty free shop, you can by exactly the same openers.

المطار قديم وسيء جدا اولآ مزدحم لايوجد اهتمام ب النظافه المقاعد في صاله الانتظار بعضها متسخ ومزدحمه دورات المياه غير نظيفه والمصلى صغير جدا المطار يحتاج للتطوير والاهتمام ندمت انه حجزت بطيران فلاي دبي نرجو منكم التحسين والتطوير في هذا المطار

Seats are not comfortable, no power line by the seats, thete is no eay to teste local food. Will not recommended for long transit.

This terminal is old and crowded. It seems that there was no reconstruction since the past 30 years. Unlike other places, here all gates are located near each other in a single big saloon. Smart pass control is very fast.

Make sure you plan a minimum 3-day trip to Dubai as you will spend the whole first day here to get a SIM. Horrible.

This is an old fashioned airport. However, it very well managed. Check-in and Check-out is fairly quick.

I gave a request for a device purchase in du store al ain remal mall and I reverse a SMS conformation for s21 ultra 5g 256gb phantom black and also I delivery man brought me the package to my place and show me the pack that order description is iPhone 12pro max 256gb but I ordered for s21 ultra 5g 256gb
I reject the shipment and also this is my 2nd time facing this problem previously I ordered for note 20 ultra 5g 256gb and the sent me note 20 5g 256gb.
I'm using du for 6 years till now.
I never face these kind of issues with du
Its been 6 days now they dint make call or proper mail to me. I think they don't care about costumers

I visit al ain remal mall Du store & ordered Note 20 Ultra 5g 256 Gb They dint provide any order number and I receive Note 20 5g 256gb I visited again ask about it why I get a wrong device and they told me that I ordered for note 20 5g 256gb and I make complaint they don't provide me complaint number or trouble ticket number they told me it will take 48hrs its being 8 days I'm using du post paid for 6 years now I'm very disturbed in this case i feel very annoying where I can make complaint about this store

I had a case where without my permission and consent, my post paid plan has been upgraded. I asked to revert any changes in my plan. Du charged me AED 200 for upgrade. I asked to revert it back, because the upgrade was without my permission. That charge was waived. But in next month, AED 200 was charged for PLAN DOWNGRADE!
All these Upgrade and Downgrade charges do plan to do without any of my consent.: (

The reason am putting a review here is that everyone coming to dubai from other destinations should know that they shouldnt take du ever in their life
U can see my mobile network range
And even my wifi speed even tho they show 20mbps it doesn't even load a small page on the browser

Well.slow service whenever you need to go to the physical store. Online (via mail) service is a bit quicker. Endless choice of options when calling their customer service phone line. Home internet is slow, but rather stable. They always try to hook you on their packages - home internet +TV together with mobile phone packages. I've chosen a different provider for the second.

Very bad technical service. Waited for a month to get my new router installed. 5 calls with customer service team and nothing changed. And i was charged the amount for the month.

People who setting in the customer service they don't know anything. Waiting for hours and when we approach with our issues they will tell us they are not able to resolve it you have to go-to their main office. Then why they are open the branch and setting their. I am really fed up with the service of du telecom.
