the agents calls so many times in a day but it's about my billing and retention the services.agents also available on whatsapp and reply on call as well.
I'm happy with that thanks for your team. Agents behavior is too good and they are also very kind.

We took 5 199 connections for my rooms it will work very fine and smooth the agent is very cooperative for selling me new serevices and help to my bills and overall senerio.

I received a call from you today, the person almost fighting with me if you do not upgrade your Du internet from tomorrow you will be charged double price! Even threatening me that i will update on system and from tomorrow you will be charged 399, while my contract with Du finishes in two weeks not today. I called Du, even sent a complaint email to them. This person was really rude and fighting with me over the phone that Du customer care people do not have any information!

Is there option to give less than 1 star, as these guys are worth no stars, cheats & sells DU plans/products with wrong information & when u call back they give the most Vague excuses to avoid us talking to the agent who sold the plan. Excuse at 10 am, Agent has gone for prayers, at 10am what prayers? Agent not available on the same mobile number he was dealing with you for last 3 days. Now all of sudden he is not available.

They aren't honest. Be careful dealing with and don't share any Etisalat code if they request.

Number one spam calling and cold calling company in the UAE. I've reported them to consumer rights. They will call you every 2 days and sell you something from etisalat. Next step is reporting to the police.
