Worst customer service ever, their interest rate (Murabaha) is so high, customer service who answered my phone call they did not have proper answer of my questions, their online application is not updated and for anything you need to visit the branch, not recommended at all

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff and manager at ADIB Al Wahda Mall branch. My recent experience with the team was exceptional from the moment I entered the branch until I left.

The branch manager - Ahmed Diab was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with relevant information about your products and services. The customer service - Amr Batista was very friendly, courteous, and very helpful, which made me feel welcomed and well-taken care of.

The branch was tidy, comfortable, and well-organized, which shows how much effort your team is putting in to ensure quality service to customers despite the pandemic.

Overall, my experience with ADIB team was outstanding, and it has left me with a positive impression of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. I highly commend the staff and the manager for delivering excellent customer service and making my visit to the branch a memorable one.

Went there last week during the night shift and the security was amazing, he guided me through everything. From guiding me to customer service and when I was confused on how to operate the atm machine he was there to help. The customer service were also very helpful and nice and gave me all the info that I needed and was very straightforward. Overall it was a good service!

Excellent experience, I went first thing in the morning and the manager directed me to a counter where the service was conducted by Mr. Amr Batish, so helpful and welcoming. In a short period of time he opened a new account for me and didn't hesitate to help me on the ATM machine.

واحد من بين افضل البنوك في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة ، هذا الفرع في الوحدة مول مغلق منذ فترة ليست بقليلة واقرب فرع للايداع بعيد جداً اتمنى ان يتم اعادة فتح الفرع قريباً او توفير جهاز للايداع في مكان قريب لتستمر جميع اعمالنا وشكراً

Horrible experience. I went there twice to make sure they have updated my profile in their database with my passport and Emirates ID. Now my bank account is closed because the Central Bank (kyc) did not receive these updates. Please avoid ADIB and choose another bank. I just hope this matter gets resolved very soon otherwise I'll have much trouble.

I went in the morning time where it's yet not crowded. Very good branch for new comers to UAE where Mr. Alan will welcome you with the great help he will offer you to get your account created easily and in less time.

I can’t give less than one star
I visited the branch at 6: 46 pm I get called at
7: 55 pm more than 1 h
Counter 7 called other number many times but the customer was not there after 25 min the customer came she was female and she approached the counter without asking any body and the employee serve her immediately in the pretext that she missed her token number
The lady was doing shopping in the mall
So in this case I can go watch movies and miss my number and once I am done I will come back to the branch
I don’t need apologies cause I lost valuable time there
I just need to take an action

The representative their refused to do the transaction i wanted or even help me understand my options that i can use while at bank so my time wont be wasted.not very helpful and extremely disrespectful and rude in speaking.they would directly tell you no and won't give you any options at all.disrespectful of person's time that he takes to reach the mall and take an hour to find this hidden branch inside the mall and next take the time to wait for his turn only to be told one word "no". I won't go their ever.waste of time.went to UBL and they did it within minutes.it was counter 2.worst customer experience with lazy guy.

Extremly bad service, I will close my account in ADIB and go for other respectful and professional bank, I have mistakenly transferred money to wrong accoiunt number for more than 2 months, and until now they didnt solve the issue and I dont even know what happened, the call center have NO idea about the procedure and they always promise to ask their management and call back and until now they didnt do anything.very very bad services, unhelpfull and lazy staff

I don’t think anyone would call this “good service” when you see the bank express service Arabic man asking you in an very impatient tone “ what do you want”.

I was there yesterday. I think for the last time in my life. I will not come again.they do not respect older women.
An employee sits at the entrance, he is not a professional at work and yet the person has no respect, especially for me. And the manager threatened me to close my account. Because of what I said to the one sitting at the entrance, he does not know how and was mistaken. And he took my time and made me wait still rude. Yesterday, that is, October 27,2021, I came to you to pick up an application for 6 months and that's it.
But, unfortunately, your employee was sitting at the entrance. No work experience and more
does not respect older women as a person.
I'm already afraid to come to you and even call you. I don’t know what your manager’s name is, he threatened to block my account and this money I receive child support.

I wish there was an option for no stars. The waiting time just to get a ticket, not even to the counter, is one hour.

Wish i can give less than one star.i know its no use to put our feedback here because i haven't see any reply for anyone comments but let me put my comments here. I went to withdraw cash from machine. I didn't see any hand gloves near the machine i asked the security to give me gloves to use machine but he is replied very hard way saying that you can use sanitizer and the reception person in the counter didn't replied anything. I am not beggar nor i dont need anyone money. I have my salary account in ADIB and expecting some good customer service. Hope the concern person will take necessary action

Well i love the place and it has a really good location but they are too slow like really slow and there are 2 out of 4 officese working if you want to speed upp the work flow you need to have enough man power

سيئ و بطيئ جدا و موظفين خدمه العملاء كاونتر ٥ و ٦ و ٧ و ٨ من ابطئ الموظفين كاونتر ٧ اخذ تقريبا سااعه لتخليص متعاملين و كاونتر ٥ جالس يس ما يسوي شي و مطفي العداد ، للاسف وضع المصرف في تدهور بسبب هالفئة من الغير مبالين

One of the wrost customer service i have ever meet.here is my story.
I wanted to apply for my debit card. Since i am not using my old number anymore customer service ask me to update my new number first in their system which will take 3 working days because if not then aramex will call me in my old number.so i change my number.and after 3 days i went back to the branch and apply for the card they said i need to have minimum of 25dhs in my account and the customer service guy check also.after 10days also i didnt receive any call from aramex so i went back to branch now they said the bank deduct the money for my previous month having less money than 3000 dhs in my account so i said okay, let apply again and i deposite 25dhs and i applied again. Again after 10 days same issue no calls so i went to bank yesterday evening and ask for my card status to front desk customer service gentlemnt and he replied me its with aramex already.and when i gave my number, the customer service gentlemen name JUMAA ALI AL AMERI said me aramex will call me in my old number.when i try to explain him i just update my new number as per the advise of one of the customer service so aramex will call me in my new number, there he get pissed with me and he is not even trying to listen to me anf showing me his computer screen and telling me habibi check check.and also telling you want to complain then complain. Now i just called aramex and ask for help so aramex said bank hasn't send my new number details so unless aramex cannot update my new number by themself. Now i am going myself to aramex office to collect my card tomorrow since i don't have my old number.

Is this how customer service agents are trained in adib bank.i think in a small cafe or shop they know better what is customer service and will well behave to their guest.

Please hire more potential people.there are so many people looking for a job having a high skill of customer service. Now i am planning to change my bank.i have been with adib since 2013.
