I must commend your team for their professionalism, dedication, and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into your branch, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff members were knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide prompt solutions. Their expertise and willingness to assist were truly commendable.
I was particularly impressed by (Mohamed Khoori, Majdi Al Ashaab and Sherif Al Bana. Who went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met. Their patience in explaining complex financial matters and their commitment to ensuring my satisfaction made a significant impact on me.
Moreover, the efficiency and responsiveness demonstrated by your bank in handling my requests were truly remarkable. Every interaction I had, whether it was over the phone or in person, was handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy. It is evident that your bank places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, and I truly felt valued as a client.

It’s a good place to work, in a very posh area. And right in front of office is bus stop also.

بنك متميز بدوله الامارات
اتمنى يوصل ملاحظاتي للاداره
1- توفر صرافات في محطات ادنوك مثلا وخدمتها مثل (درايف ثرو) وانت بالسياره تودع و تسحب في عده مواقع مختلفه.
2- اعاده النظر في سحب مبالغ لمن رصيده اقل من 3 الف درهم مثل عيالنا والسواقين وغيرهم.

The worst experience ever, even for local client's! They didn't helped and didn't know about the ministry of HR decisions! Disappointed about the first bank in UAE. No appreciation.

Extremely poor and unprofessional service i ever seen in emirates i don't know how thia bank is still working i went to open bank account and the customer service ask me very rudely (what you want) i had to explain him politely and then even tho it was my turn other person came and the representative ask me to go to other cabin im not free please don't waste your time here the person who was rude was in counter 9

Loyal customer since 2012. Half the experience (online banking) is good and physical banking needs a lot of improvement.

None of their ATMs are reliable. Never know when which one would go dysfunctional. I spent 3 whole hours trying to find a CDM in Abu Dhabi that works. Pathetic maintenance and unreliable machines.

It appears that their business is only going down day after day!

A customer for a years. One of the worst banks in UAE. Finally, i closed my account today.
Lastly, u need 1-2 h to reach ur turn while ur in the branch for a single request!

Tellers weren’t professional in communication with my request. Mainly the Callcenter operators don’t have accurate informations to share, they asked me to go to ADIB albateen, to complete my request, it was a very bad experience! Energy and time were wasted for nothing. So disappointing

I am very loyal customer to ADIB and I appreciate all the efforts to inprove their online services. However, I think they forgot one important popular service to add to their online services. Namely, postponing loan payments is not available and you have to visit the branch. I am a diamond customer and I have been waiting for close to an hour and the queue before me didnt move. I hope from ADIB to expedite automating this service.

Worst ever bank and customer service, always late, false promises to receive your request in time. And the result is a delay banalities on you.

Horrible customer service.
Their service and policy are made for the bank's interest only. Unable and unwilling to accommodate the customer.
There is a long way to go to reach the European banks' standards in terms of services!

I’m a diamond customer who decided to ask for a bank statement in the gold lounge that this branch has. I expected to get things done quickly since this is supposedly the branch that pampers it’s high tier customers.

I ended up waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes! FOR A 6 MONTH BANK STATEMENT! Are you kidding me? !? ! The front desk staff have no way of identifying what tier of customers you are, so they treat you like anyone else who wanders in there, and they make you wait in line.

You’d think that the normal customer service area is better, right? WRONG. I tried it before and half the time the staff aren’t even there.

You’re better off going to the najda branch. Sure parking would be horrible, but the service is way better.

Dear ADIB management. If you’re reading this, please build a cinema in your gold lounge so I can watch movies the next time I’m foolish enough to come and ask for another bank statement from you. I’d love to watch a couple of movies by the time you’re done with the statement.
