Employees do wear masks and they refused me to enter as my Alhosn was grey, I explained that I am an excellency customer and have urgent work but that did work! I will be Closing my accounts.

Not allowing costumers to bathrooms in a "costumer service branch" is unethical, disgusting and inhuman.
Whoever took that decision should be ashamed of himself.

ADCB Bank Corniche Baynunah is an "OK" branch. I came there for a return cheque, it took me more than 40 minutes because of some disruptions. They also don't have a wifi for customers.
At first the lady won't listen 1st for my explanation regarding the return cheque so that we can manage it better and faster. Fortunately after some calls, and all. I got my cheque.
Took longer than I have expected.

لفتح حساب اماراتي قدمت منذ اسبوع ولم يتم فتح حساب إلى الآن غير أن العاملين في البنك ليس لديهم المعلومات عن الاجراءات داخل البنك جدا الخدمه سيئه ومضيعه للوقت

Didn't expect it from ADCB, one of the leading banks here in Abu Dhabi and has one of the least customer satisfaction. Not good!

Worst branch of Adcb! Customer service employee name Mr. Asif very rude and has no manners at all. Please look into this. Just because he is an elder, I haven't spoken back at him
