I really disappointed of u bank branch customer service both are representative. Really I change my bank because of these representatives not supported persons and tomorrow I close my account

Visited ADCB u bank located in Al wahda mall for the purpose of getting a supplementary credit card. It was a seamless experince and I could get everything done in 15 min times and get the card in my hand. Mr Mazen and Ms Shaika at the desk were very helpful and friendly and really commend Ms Jenny on the video for her excelleny communication skillls to get it done very quickly.

I recommend ADCB customers to use this facility if you have the time. No waiting for courier to arrive and more eco friendly.

I want to commend Ms. Khalina/Kaleena for being helpful the whole time. Even though it’s ramadan time which shortened the working hours and made the evening busy for the branch. She made sure everyone is comfortable while waiting for our turns.uBank was a great experience as well, had to get another card and it took less than 10mins for the whole transaction, I really like the innovation and the convenience, being paperless was a big plus point as well. ADCB really is stepping up it’s ways on banking. Looking forward to more innovative ways ADCB has to offer. Ramadan Mubarak to you all

There is this 2 lady staff, one with a blondie hair and the other one with a black hair. They are very rude and as if they dont want to answer our questions (observing them from the queue while waiting). You guys are working in a customer service so you must learn how to properly communicate including a proper gestures. You guys are not even smiling as if you're choosing whom to entertain depending on the transaction. So disappointing it was my firs time to visit that branch. There are some other people who deserves your place there sorry to say but you guys doesnt fit in there.
