ADCB, Khalidiya Mall Branch

One of the worst branches ever. People came after me and were served before me claimed as "Priority Clients". Level of service reflected is very low. This requires management attention and if you decide to have a priority line, ensure to keep other line flowing with normal teller services. I rate you as Zero.

Smooth and fast transaction as always! ADCB never fail to deliver and exceed my expectations. Special thanks to the transaction team who has been very patient and helpful in assisting me in my concerns.

Bashar is a kind and caring employee of ADCB. I would surely recommend ABCB to my friends and colleagues because of the service I received from Bashar

If I can give less than 1 star, sure I will give this branch, take more than 45 min ti do Bank statement only, U am privilege customer ti ADCB, For 20 min all screens stops, No body call any Token, after that staff is soooooo Lazy, take long time to help you.
Very bad experience, Never try again with this branch.

They have three ATM machines to deposits and withdrawals. Tellers are very helpful here and no long queues most of the time.

Always happy to come to the Khalidiya branch, the team are so welcoming down to the lovely security guard Ashram, the fabulous teller Marilou and supervisor whom we’ve know for a long time since Khalidiya towers branch Maricris. Worst branch. Yesterday I was making a complain because the bank charged me twice this month for my car loan and from the entrance security who is sleepy I ask if I needed a token he is just pointing his finger to the teller I don’t know which teller then the teller told me that I just came up to him without any token. Plus the teller who is arrogant asking my id so he can verify, I don’t have my passport with me because its still on my employer, and I dont have emirates id because im resigned and will start a new job. I wouldn’t come if they didn’t charge me twice this month. Very very very unorganized even the system.

This is the worst branch in the entire city. Very rude und not helpful at all. Try to avoid this branch if you can. Staff is lazy not well trained

Held an account with ADCB for over 12 years, received great customer service over the years and really there was not much to complain about. Most of the customer service staff at the branch are very helpful and cooperative. Good stuff and keep it up.
