Very helpful staffs. Great service provided by Ms. Atheena of customer service (1st floor) and Ms. Mariam of customer relations (2nd floor) for addressing my concern.

Excellent service. It happened my card has been decline. I was calling the customer service they refer me to check any ADCB branches and i went to corniche branch but nothing change. After they refer me to Al Wahda Mall and they advice me to close my account instead. As far as i know; Hayak accounts its a no maintaining balance. Well luckily, i went to Hamdan branch they ask me and cater me with a good service and within 24 hrs.my card its been working.

Be careful, they can take your hard earned money without asking you. Bank rules is big drama.
