I am having issues with ADCB on my credit card payment, i paid the due amount and given them a swift copy, but they have no solution for me.they cannot assure why they are not receiving the payment and a customer service representative Named Rakesh mention they are not sure if I have to pay interest rate and late payment amount for the payment which I have done already…. Very disappointing and not helpful at all.: (

One of the best bank in Abudhabi is ADCB, though it was only to use one of the state-of-the-art cash machines. It mirrors my experience in opening an ADCB credit card within days, In fact, I've never needed to go to the bank even once yet, since almost everything can be done online. Banking has certainly come a long way! Keep doing fast and easy things to make sure you’re getting your finances straight and doing good.

Appreciate the services provided by Mr. Praveen during our recent banking experience during the beginning of the year. He goes way beyond the expectations to come up with solutions and actions which can lead anyone to feel at ease, which dealing with a banking requirement. I am a privilege member but am unable to use my credit card since 48 hours. I have an urgent payment and the credit card team does not get back. Even after repeatedly calling and sending emails. Worst service ever!

Update: another day passed and I received an email from authorization az 7pm saying the following (after trying to get an answer the WHOLE day)

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have evidenced that your card is already released this morning. There is no block and restrictions from our side. For further clarifications and support, kindly call our 24/7 customer service @ 600 50 2030.

In fact they just stated something useless. I KNOW that the card is unblocked but there is a block for a SPECIFIC online webshop (well known). I wrote that!

Its the 3rd day that i am unable to use my CC for an important purchse.

I suggest sorting out the authorization team!

For over a month I waited for a reply regarding my auto-loan application ''that usually takes less than a week'', no one has reached out to me, no approval and no rejection was provided, I wasted my time and money and I lost the chance to buy the car I wanted. Very inconvenient experience.

Irresponsible and zero commitment towards customer service.

But nobody answer long time waiting 11 minute 15 minutes I already detect of my Mobile balancealance and time but no connect my call everytime same situation customer any urgency but your call centre long time waiting of customer please improve your service and seriously action.

There are two head offices of ADCB located next to each other it will be a bit confusing for the first timer. It can be accessed from the road that leads to ADNOC petrol station which is behind the banks

One of your employees in the commercial banking promised to call the next day about a transaction, and after me following up, I discovered the person is on vacation for 15 days. The person in the out of office auto reply is also not available.
Business should not be people dependent but process oriented that is handled by the institution.

البنك لا يراعي عملائه مهما كان ظرفهم زوجي حصل على قرض وكان ملتزماً تماماً بدفع قسطه في كل شهر في الوقت المحدد تماماً ولم يتخلف نهائياً عن دفع أي قسط كما أنه كان يفاخر بالبنك واجراءاته وينصح زملاءه بالانتماء إلى أسرة البنك لكن في ٢٠٢٠تم انهاء عقد زوجي ولم نتمكن من تحصيل عمل يساعد في سد باقي القرض فقام البنك بحجز نهاية الخدمة والأمر الذي هو ليس حقاً لهم قانوناً وبدأوا باقتطاع ما يحلو لهم منه حتى انهوه تماماً ولم يتبقى لنا شيء كما و هددوا برفع قضية وشهرياً اتصالات وازعاج وموظفين في قمة قلة الذوق نسوا تماماً كل التزام زوجي بدفع الاقساط ونسوا أنه كان عميل مميز لطالما سمعنا عن اعفاءات للوافدين عندما تجور عليهم الأيام وتمنعهم من استكمال التزاماتهم المادية ولكن يبدو أن ماسمعناه كان مجرد خرافات و قصص وهمية. على أي حال لا أنصح بأخذ قرض يعامل عملاءه بهذا الشكل عند ضيق الحال يبدو أن إدارة العلاقات العامة لديكم بحاجة لإعادة ضبط مصنع لعلها تعرف كيف تساعد وتسعد عميلها فالعبرة لطالما كانت في الخواتيم

I feel very very shame to give even 1 star. The service is very very bad, the person sitting on counter near to the entrance behaved to me like I killed someone, he was on phone and he don't wanted to do his job and he want to avoid me by misguiding, I thought I was unable to get the service and I feel very sad. He misguided me completely, I call to the customer care and they told me to go another bank. I want to another bank and they did wonderful job for me.dear customer of adcb please don't go to the head office for any reason. This is my humble request because I don't want any one to have same my feelings.

There staff is not responsible staff they don't care about customer. I did request 1 of my trancation for recall now almost 2month finish and still under processing even its not international trancation. Very Bad system

Very bad and disgusting customer service. There is no transparency. I have been charged few thousands even i closed all accounts with adcb bank. There was no notification sent to me for money they were charging. I just visited their branch after closing all accounts in July 2018 and shocked to know now that i have charges to pay for 'customer relationship charges' which I think they purposely do. I feel like cheated by adcb bank. They didnt close my account even i had requested them do so by visiting their Abu Dhabi mall branch.
I would not recommend Anyone to take any service from this bank as it has pathetic customer service.

Very bad experience. I visited today around 9: 30 and after many questions of security guard who was not able to understand my purpose of visit but finally he let me in, I got the token and waited almost 20-25 mins but no turn so left without anything: - (.

Bad experience, I have been one of the most great customer of ADCB. In have been paying my bills without any problem until when my company cut my salary. I submitted my company stamped letter to ADCB and I was told that until end of September, I can stop paying my monthly installment.
However this is not the case, the bank has been all over threatening me, calling me everyday despite me telling them I have no money for my children food, my children school fees and rent for the house. I even requested them if I can speak to their manager and express my situation but I was told it wasn't possible. It's so sad. Other bank agreed to postpone my installment until I get my full salary but this ADCB there is no human touch. Now I really do not know what to do. Only God can intervene

Sumayya ali, branch manager is very helpful, very educated and an expert in her position. She knew more than others, she knew how to make her adcb customer and manages great calm operation.

This is the best branch I have seen for adcb.

They ran a campaign two years ago promising hundreds of thousands of touchpoints to those who would transfer their salary over to them for a full year. I did just that, waited for two years, called, emailed and during the course of this time, even opened a savings account in my wife’s name with them with all our savings in it. At the end I got nothing that was promised. I finally closed all my accounts and moved our money elsewhere. They charged me some 250 for going through all this.

Sad thing is that I really liked them and their staff is awesome and highly professional but they lost my trust with this incident.

I am new to this banking accounts and working here. Someone recommended me to have an ADCB Hayyak account because they told me that it has no maintaining balance, nice to save through this bank. I tried register through their app but I can't go further because my cellphone number has account in ADCB to different person which I'm completely not related to. I called their customer services, and told me around Saturday or Sunday that the problem will be fixed and told me that I can go directly to the ADCB. I tried to go here Saturday afternoon to clarify things and need not waiting. But the lady who entertained me was very snobbish and a little bit rude to me. I was polite and patient to her yet she just blew me off. Its not my fault that my cellphone number has previous owner which I am not related to. I know I don't have enough money, can she just treat me properly? I'm just clarify and registering properly.

Requested to close the account, and cleared all the transactions.still they are making me to wait long and putting unnecessary charges.
A complete bad hierarchy from bottom to top.

Despite having relationship managers ADCB still relies on paper trails and disjointed systems of banking which leaves you always having to chase up any process you have requested such as transfers or changing credit cards because often your application form is on someone’s desk at HQ waiting to be processed or approved a second time after it’s initial processing in the branch.

ADCB is the furthest from dynamic you could possibly achieve and they need look closing at how wasteful their processes are which ultimately leave their customers inconvenienced far longer than modern banking systems would tolerate.

ADCB HQ at Electra/Zayed the first street with Selam. Easy location access, so many ATM machines, plenty of Parking slots.
