You have to reach this location at least 25 minutes earlier than the appointment time, as it is very difficult to get parking nearby.
In a nutshell, the difference between a premium lounge appointment and a regular center appointment is that premium lounge appointment are always available on the same day or the next day, whereas regular center appointments are always blocked or shown as unavailable for the next 12-15 days, forcing us to book the premium lounge appointment.
I didn’t get any kind of premium service at this very congested location. There are not enough amenities for the premium customers and finding a seat is difficult. Furthermore, you have to wait more than 20 minutes after your appointment time for someone to begin assisting you.
I went to apply for a passport for my newborn baby, and they told me that they would print the baby's photo, all I had to do was take a good photograph on my phone. Normally, it will cost around 15-20 AED to take out the photo print in studios, but here they charged AED 30.
Also, they will tell us that the normal passport will take a minimum of two weeks to deliver, so it is better to go for Tatkal which will cost us extra, but I went for normal and we received the passport within four days.
Customer service executive Ms Manju assisted me to complete the passport renewal process. She was very efficient and able to understand my requirements. She has excellent communication skills. The overall experience was customer friendly and simple outstanding. Well done BLS tram

Worst service ever experienced. The staff who welcomes us named Mohan is always rejecting us when we come there with my new born child and wife. I was forced to call manager (Mr. Joseph) then to get me a seat even. Mr. Joseph helped us providing exact information about the documents which we need to bring and also stated to bring attested copy of my babys birth certificate and copies of all documents and told me not to bring my wife and child again for getting my documentation done. And next time when I came the staff in the front desk Shabna was also very rude to me even if I told her entire scenario, but instead of guiding us she told me that Joseph got transfered from here and they cannot accept any forms of copies and I need to bring my wife and child also.
Service provided by BLS dubai was wonderful and I was expecting the same from here. But I was really sad after I left from there.
1. It would have been better if there was a signboard displayed outside the building. 2. Ms. Shabnam at the reception was very cooperative and she was the only one who was handling the entire applicants. 3. Make sure to carry cash as they don't accept card payments. 4. I'm just giving 4 starts since I had to wait extra 1.5 hours from the appointment time.

Pathetic, terrible and highly disappointing experience. Made us wait 4 hours even after having confirmed appointment. Understaffed and slow work. The staff itself say management doesn't care about customer. They are focussed on revenue only. Not a good experience at all. They don't know how to handle service. DONT even bother coming to this centre
Good service at a premium. No queues or waiting time. Good staff. Ample car parking spaces around the building. Highly recommended to pay the extra amount. No board is displayed outside the building
They will send u away even when you are five minutes late and tell you to come again. Therefore I do not understand the word premium here. Office furniture requires renovation. Lazy staff who wants to run away home
I've never felt so disgusted. Poor infrastructure, very poor communication. No cashless transaction.very primitive.these are organisations which can put Indians to shame. However can't complain as Govt of India may have appointed them.
Very swift, all staffs are good.they will take a pic for passport.very neat and clean. You need to carry cash, they don't have an option for a card.next to the Salam Bombay building. The entrance is the backside of the building and the office situated on the Mezzanine floor.
Good service. The entrance is from the back side of the building. Please be on time or 10 min prior to appointment. They only accept cash. Better keep change with you. Eventhough they offer photograph service, they don't take photos of infants.so take photo with you when you go with infants. To my knowledge they don't have landline number for this location in abudhabi.
I visited here for passport application of my baby. I should say that the staff is super professional and we got free in 30 minutes. Obviously, i had all the required documents and photos arranged upfront. Their fee is worth the services they provide. Thanks BLS for offering the premium lounge service in abu dhabi.

Mr. Khaja at reception and the person who took my passport photograph got everything done in just 10 to 15 minutes. That was fast enough and I do appreciate the same.
Prompt and fast service at the BLS International Premium Lounge Abu Dhabi. Took prior appointment and went there with family for newborn's passport. We were in and out in an hour. Ample room for family to wait and even breastfeed. Total came to AED697 including application for registration of citizenship at the Indian Embassy, Passport application, Premium lounge booking charges. Worth it! Staff are well informed and well behaved. Received Citizenship Registration Certificate and Passport within 1 week.
Excellent service, very nice staff. Visited BLS premium lounge for passport renewal. Staff assisted with everything. No waiting in queue. You can take prior appointment online or by calling their call centre. There is an additional charge of AED 225 for their services. Timing 8.00am to 8.00pm Saturday to Thursday. Located in the cute bay boutique building close to Huff &Puff burger shop
